Review: I ordered this because we needed to make a large batch of Filipino lumpia and traditional deep skillet frying would've taken forever because of the amount needed. This fryer worked great. The heating element gets the oil to temperature quickly. The three baskets were perfect because we needed to make sure not to burn or undercook. Huge frying area and extremely easy to use. We easily saved $300 frying these on our own versus ordering from a caterer. Great that the heating element is separate from the cooking surface.The only con but a big one when using this to fry large quantities is that there is no easy way to change the cooking oil. A spigot on the side would've made removing the oil easier. Instead, you have to pretty much wait until the oil cools off enough to dump into another container. A little annoying but not big problem is that the packaging that the fryer comes in is very flimsy cardboard and looked as of it had been through a cargo spill- the unit came out of the box in perfect condition.The fryer itself looks like a quality appliance, it is a great value at that price point for what you can do with it. Happy to have bought it.

Review: I loved the price but if i could give zero stars i would. when I received the actual package i must say the packaging is flimsy the box looks cheap. I received it yesterday and went to utilize it the next day and no lights turned on when i plugged it in and turned the deep fryer on. Im highly disappointed because i really wanted to use it tonight to make my cooking a little easier. I did all the troubleshooting and resetting i could do to no avail

Review: Update,Used today for the second time with much better results. Made twice fried French fries and tempura shrimp and tempera scallops. Put the fryer on a large cutting board on my stovetop, under the hood fan and had the fan on high. Hardly any odor.Still takes awhile to get to temperature and I am not a fan of having to have the timer set before you can turn on the appliance. It shut off and I did not notice right away so my fries sat in oil at a lower temp for about 5 minutes before I figured it out.But that being said I am going to keep it and continue experimenting. 😁May be returning!!Just used it for the first time and am very disappointed. Takes twice the time to heat the oil, (in comparison to my air fryer being ready to go in 5 minutes). Also the oil smell throughout our house is rather rude. My fried chicken was inedible. 360 degrees for 15 minutes.Gonna give it another go with lower temp and crossed fingers, wish me luck.

Review: I opened the deep fryer to put it together and was quite disappointed with the quality of the item.The baskets are very thin and all three had damage of some sort, bent or not connected to the metal like they should be.The cover that fits on top is also thin and when you remove it to take out whatever you are cooking, the grease drips everywhere!I am extremely disappointed with this item as I spent much time choosing this for my bf for Father’s Day. The quality is just not there for the price I paid. I will probably end up throwing it out at some point because I don’t think it’s going to last long.
