Title: Awesome cookbook, every recipe tried so far is a hit!
Review: I got this less about the healthy aspect of it than for some good smoker recipes (how healthy can smoked food really be, anyway....a different topic maybe).But all of the recipes I've tried have been wonderful, and they frequently include good sauces and other items that aren't smoked, such as the smoked tri-tip and chimichurri; the chimichurri is amazing, and is far better than the one that a lunchspot near my work offers. I've also done the artichokes (which also has a great dipping sauce recipe), califlower mac n' cheese and various cheeses and tomatoes.Originally, my wife found this book for me an checked it out from our local library. After trying a couple of recipes and finding I, my wife and our toddler (destined to be a foodie!) consistently liked the recipes, I ordered my own copy. Very much looking forward to trying other recipes such as smoked oysters, chocolate and more!

Title: Amazing content and so beautifully written
Review: I follow Robyn on social media and her content sucked me in from the very beginning. After watching her create recipes, I just knew I had to have her book in my hands. This book is beautifully written and filled with with mouthwatering photos. Robyn breaks down the smoking process so easily for you. So far I have made the Smoked Salt and Pepper the Smoked BBQ Rub, BBQ Pulled Pork Shoulder and Smoked Salmon. She has intrigued me with smoking Bourbon and Ice Cubes which I will be doing in the near future. This book is for the Novice or Pit Master professional.

Title: AMAZING RECIPES!!! PERFECT FOR SMOKER!!
Review: I have followed Robyn Lindars for a while so I knew any cookbook she put out would contain superior grill recipes. I have already made the RED, WHITE and BLUE CHEESE BURGERS and topped them with her recipe for BACON JAM. Both are incredible. The bacon jam is like bacon candy! It was great on the burger but even better on biscuits! We follow a low carb diet so many of these recipes can be adapted to a lower carb lifestyle. I can't wait to make more recipes from this book this Summer! Many of these recipes can be made on the grill too.

Title: Best of the bunch
Review: Recently got an electric smoker. Bought 3 books - one by that tv guy, one that's been in print for 30 years and this one. This one is the easiest to follow for a newbie and, I think, the most practical. The others use all these wild unusual ingredients that just isn't part of our usual diet. Also like that they offer up an entire meal that can all be cooked at the same time in the smoker vs a bunch of one off dishes.

Title: Perfect cookbook for Father’s Day!
Review: I bought Robyn Lindars’ cookbook as an addition to a smoker that I bought for my honey for father’s day. I looked through the recipes trying not to brake the bind so the book would still look new when he gets it. I saw the recipe for the Skinny Smoked Jalapeño Margarita and decided I would try it. The flavors that developed were layered and fantastic. I can’t wait to give it to him for Father’s Day to try her recipes!

Title: Best. Cookbook. Ever.

She takes you through not only meats but applies, drinks, desserts and recipes to prep your own ingredients such as smoked sugar and paprika.
