Why fail to turn on the unit?

Reduce the water amount and make sure it is below MAx line.

Why shut off suddenly during work?

Please check if the USB cable has been disconnected, try to unplug the DC socket and plug it back to turn on the unit.

Why is my diffuser is not misting very strongly?

If the diffuser is not misting very strongly, there are a few things that can cause this. Check your water level. If the water is too full, the mist will not come out strongly. We recommend filling the water slightly below the max fill line.

Why water leakage from unit?

Under these conditions, the mist may condense quickly into water droplets. Please wipe them up.

Why is my diffuser not misting?

If your diffuser isn't working, ensure it's plugged in, check the power source, and clean it to remove any mineral or oil buildup that may be causing the issue.

Title: Worked for 3 weeks and quit
Review: EDIT:The seller reached out and sent me a replacement, they were so easy to work with and eager to help. Because of the way they took care of my issue I have revised my review. I would order from them again based solely on that.I read the reviews and they were pretty mixed and decided for the price I would take the chance. After 3 weeks of not even daily use, this diffuser has quit working. Of course it broke 2 days after the return window closed. It did not give off much of a scent but I liked the light cycles

Title: Do not buy
Review: I bought this on Amazon prime day and it does not work if it is not plug in , even when I charge it. Then it was connected a lot of smoke came out like if the cord was going to catch on fire. I am too afraid to use it again so I threw it away. So beware of this product.

Review: We ordered this to diffuse essential oils in our kitchen/living room and it works really nicely! For the price, it is about what I expected and has been holding up great. The only issue you might have is that the top doesn’t snap on too easily, so it can spill a little water if you tip it by accident. We don’t usually have this issue though, once we figured it out, and for the price we’d buy it again. It brings a nice ambiance to the kitchen and also helps repel bugs when we diffuse eucalyptus!

Title: It’s just eh
Review: ** Edit to add, the seller reached out to me the day after my review posted to offer a replacement due to a quality issue with some of their diffusers. I will update once the replacement is received ** 3/18/24Bought this five weeks ago when I was sick to get some moisture and essential oils in the air. For the first 2 1/2 weeks, it worked wonderfully, nice and quiet, and it would stay on throughout the night when I was sleeping.Fast forward to about three or four weeks in, and for about the first 5–10 minutes of it being turned on, it is incredibly noisy. I suspect the motor/device inside of it was poorly or cheaply made and is starting to give out. It wasn’t expensive, but I only ordered it to get it with a same day deliver order and the reviews were decent.

Title: Smells so good
Review: Amazing smell I have a plethora of essential oils that I make depending on how I feel or what I want to feel. I have one in my office and one in my bedroom and honestly, it is such a game changer in terms of my overall which I suffer from. Very cute as well. I wish it was a little bigger so I can add more water so that it lasts longer, but other than that, if you can find a bigger version of this one very nice.

Review: This is the cutest air purifier! It is small enough to not.take up alot of space but leave an amazing scent in the room. It changes color the only flaw is that the water evaporates quick so you have to keep refilling.
