Title: Very Nice Full Back Massager
Review: I was skeptical. I wasn't sure about this product as I was unfamiliar with the brand. However, I ordered hoping it would be a good product. I received it and was not disappointed. It looks nice. I was easy to set up and it give a nice relaxing massage. My two requests for this product would be - 1) I'd like to control the intensity of the Shaitsu part and 2) I would like the option for a long massage time. The device is set to allow up to 15 mins. I would like more than that. Otherwise it is a very good product.

Title: Great massager for at home use, gives a very deep massage but wish it had more settings!
Review: This is a great massager to have at home. It is powerful and convenient / easy to use. Really helps relieve tension in a pinch.However, for the price, I do wish this had more settings like speed and intensity for the shiatsu function, and a longer timer that doesn't automatically shut off. It is instructed to use pillows or blankets to adjust but it becomes a bit difficult as the massager moves everything around. I also wish the range was a little better. This misses a good portion of the upper back unless you can prop yourself just right. It would be great if the seat portion folded into it nicely too for storage, it is a bit clunky!I tried a few others before sticking with this one though as I found the massage nodes on this to be the most comfortable. They are large and bend with your body a little so the massage isn't too rigid and leaving you holding your breath. The neck massager portion is amazing, I adjust my seating to have it hit my shoulders and it is great if you have a lot of tension. Overall happy with this purchase as I tested other options and found this to be the best value.

Title: Turn any chair to a massage chair!
Review: I have had this Snailax shiatsu Neck & Back Massager for 3 weeks now and wanted to make sure I really tested it out before leaving a review. I must say, I didn't think this would be as powerful as it is. I thought it was like the massage chairs at the nail salon that either hurts or tickles. Nah! This thing is amazing and powerful. I WFH and my neck, back, and head always ache throughout the day. I turn this thing on and it's magic. Noone can make me upset lol. Omg! When you tilt your head on the neck massager and gets the back of your head or near the top of your head. The squeezing is so lovely. It gives me goosebumps how amazing it feels. My husband works long hours. 12+ hrs and he looks forward to putting this on the sofa and sometimes lays on it & it stretches his lower back. It has many settings to choose from. I only trust Snailax products. Now we have this massager, rechargable neck massager, foot massager, and a hand/wrist massager. I love it all!

Title: Ohh this is heaven!
Review: This is an outstanding massager that I can adjust how deep of tissue massage I experience. I find that exercise along with healthy amount of rest can keep my aches at bay yet there are times, depending on my levels of movement, what I do during the day and week, and weather are some of my biggest factors for when I can get sore. I ordered this chair to alleviate and prevent and boy does this hit that target! The heat on this chair is on point and the shiatsu can loosen up those knots I get especially around my shoulder blades. The controls are very easy to understand so I had my dad try and now he is ordering one.

Review: This massage chair is excellent in terms of its use. Very easy to use aswell with clear instructions. The neck area is adjustable so it does come all the way down to the shoulders if that's the needed area. The quality is also great of the fabric used. It's not too loud which often can be a problem with other brands. If you're looking for a quick relaxing deep tissue massage, this is for you. The intensity may also depend on how thick of a fabric you're wearing. So adjust accordingly.
