Title: Love This Appliance
Review: This appliance makes great muffins. I have used Martha White muffin mixes and Jiffy Corn Muffin mixes. I followed the directions on the back of the packages exactly, and had excellent results. Martha White has a muffin mix called Birthday Cake which is more like cake than muffins. If one puts a little icing on them, it is like having cupcakes! I have purchased canned biscuits and canned cinnamon rolls (not the Grands, but the small diameter cans) and tried them in this muffin maker, and had perfect results. Pillsbury and whatever house brand products came out equally well. However, canned crescent rolls were a total failure. If you go to the Ken Click YouTube channel, he has a recipe for biscuits made in the Dash pie maker. I took his same full recipe, divided it in half between two muffin cups, and the resulting biscuits were wonderful. We now like biscuits cooked in this maker better than when baked in an oven. I have divided cake mixes in half, making only half the mix, and the resulting cupcakes turned out perfectly. The weirdest thing I did was make little crustless egg quiches in this muffin maker, and they also came out very good. So now I can do a breakfast of eggs and biscuits at the same time, but the eggs cook more quickly than the biscuits. Depending on how big a bite one takes, there are at least 2 to 4 bites per item made in the appliance. The men in my family were pleased that these muffins or eggs were not the mini one bite sizes. There is a recipe booklet that comes with this maker, but I have not tried any of the recipes. I can say that the recipes use common ingredients found in most stores. Caveat: The non stick surface is not the most wonderful in the world, but neither is it awful. I put about a teaspoon or less of oil in one of the cups, then use a silicone pastry brush to spread the oil to the other cups and lid. Clean up is a snap, but it would not be wise to use a sloppy wet sponge/dishrag to clean up this appliance. The plates are NOT removable and there is a very tiny space between the plates and the housing of the appliance where water can drip down into the electrics. I would most definitely purchase this muffin maker again. It is versatile, easy to use and clean up, and doesn't heat up my small southern kitchen. Also, it easily stores on its end like a suitcase, and does not have to store flat on its feet taking up room in my small cabinet.

Review: I have this product for almost close to a year now. Although I'm not that of a cook or a baker, I find that this product is easy to use. Although there may be some drawbacks. It very easy to clean once you are done baking your cupcakes. You can use this product with or without the cupcake paper/silicone liners it up to you. Although, I find that using the paper and/or silicone liner may prevent your cupcakes from getting a little burnt on the side. However, if your cupcake raises a little bit a top too much you may notice a little burnt on the top. That's just from my experience. Setting a timer ever 5-7 minutes to check if your cupcakes are done really helps because sadly this product doesn't have a timer.Pro(s):- Easy to Use- Beginner Friendly- Easy To Clean- Bakes Almost the Perfect Cupcake Every Time- Can be use with or without cupcake liners- Recipe Book is includedCon(s):- No Timer must set a timer yourself (Phone, Cooking Timer), and check.- Cupcake may get burnt at the top if the batter raises a bit much.Overall: This product is a good start; I’m not going to include 6 Cupcakes per 7-10 Minutes/Batch because I think would be subjective to each individual, and everyone is different on their preference. You can bake larger batch in a regular size oven which is faster, but for small batches this would do just fine.

Review: Third time was the charm I remembered to spray my silicone liners,fill with batter before machine was hot and had beautiful cupcakes. First machine was broken because of bad handling in shipping assistance was great and had a new one right away.. I do wish they had included a recipe for quiche since there’s a picture on box.

Review: I baked their red velvet cupcakes recipe. I got 11 cupcakes from the batter. I use paper liners. I filled half full. Exactly 10 minutes to bake up great. I made a chocolate glaze. Moist and yummy. I liked the ease of use, no large oven to use, and that I could use paper liners. For bakers, this would be a perfect gift to bake muffins, cupcakes, and other kinds of quickbreads and even breakfast egg, cheesecake sausage muffins etc

La maquinita para 6 cupcakes de la marca "Holstein" funciona perfectamente, cabe aclarar que el manual dice que solo se debe usar durante 15 minutos y dejar enfriar, lo cual hago, ya que la máquina se calienta en el exterior, además de que se pueden usar capacillos de silicón y papel, la primera vez la usé sin capacillos, lo que hice fue colocar aceite en ambas placas y precalentar, posteriormente agregué la mezcla.Anexo fotos del producto.Mi entrega llegó un día antes, lo cual agradezco, excepto que el embalaje era una bolsa de plástico gris, el empaque o la caja venía rota, así que temía que la máquina de cupcakes no funcionara, y agradecida estoy de que funciona perfectamente, así que solo sugiero que se tenga un poco de cuidado en el traslado y el trato que se le da el producto, por lo demás todo perfecto.Tips:1-Si no tienen capacillos de silicón recuerden cubrir con aceite las placas antes de precalentar.2-Los capacillos de silicón que utilizo son de la marca "Mainstays", como tenía dudas de si resistirían, lo que hice fue echar aceite a 5 de las 6 cupcakes, es decir, dejé una sin aceite par ahí colocar después el capacillo de silicón, posteriormente precalenté las placas, después de precalentarlas coloqué el capacillo (al capacillo tampoco le puse aceite, solo puse aceite en la parte superior de ese cupcake) y procedí a echar la mezcla, para dejarla cocinar durante 7 minutos y mi maravillosa sorpresa fue ver que el capacillo resistió el calor de la maquina de cupckes, así que los demás los he hecho con los capacillos como se ve en la imagen, colocando aceite solo en la parte superior.Espero esta información les sea de utilidad y por supuesto les recomiendo mucho la compra de la maquina de cupcakes.

Review: I used my muffin smaller in size than I would have liked, but it was way faster than cooking them in the maker for the first time today and it was really simple to use. It is very quick to cook the muffins as well. it took about 7 to 8 minutes to make six muffins.
