Title: It’s comfortable enough
Review: The pillow is pretty soft. I had a pillow I got from the chiropractor and it worked good, but I think this one is better. There is a smell but either I’ve gotten use to it or the smell went away. This pillow does help with my shoulder pain. For that alone, 10 out of 10.

Review: I don’t usually write reviews but this helped me. I’ve bought so many different pillows and nothing works. I’d wake up with headaches mostly every morning. I saw this, decided to give it a try because why not AND so far so good. I let it sit for 3 days after opening the shrink wrap because it had a slight smell. The first night took a bit trying to get adjusted but fell asleep. I woke up No headache, my neck and shoulder was a little achy but not like normal. After using it now for over 2 weeks, no headache or any aches. I sleep on my side most but this works on my back or stomach as well and all without any discomfort. I like the case is washable but I throw a satin pillowcase over it and go to sleep. Only complaint is I wish it was a little longer.

Title: 1st night down
Review: I opened the package before noon, let it poof all day on the bed and slept the first night. No smell for me, I actually slept on my back, didn't have my usual neck stiffness. I did not need to crack my neck, sleeping on my back really helps my lower back out. I usually sleep on my stomach and it makes my neck super stiff encouraging migraines. Sleeping on my back helps a lot seeing as I had screws put iny back last spring. My neck felt really good and OMG I slept in hard, didn't toss n turn like usual. I appreciate that this pillow is adjustable, I wasn't sure I would need to lower it cuz I sleep without a pillow sometimes. I have used wedge pillows, the hi/low style memory pillows, the MyPillow (nice for a while, but I could not eliminate this slight musty smell after a year, even used a light bleach and a tub soak in the washer 😭, I tried really hard cuz I genuinely liked it) unlike MyPillow, I do not need to fluff the fill to get what I need and this supports correct cervical position without spending a week figuring out how to fluff it right lol. Lil more user friendly when you are super tired and flop. Shape fits my head well and level was spot on for me, I love the adjustment and it didn't leave me feeling hot. Size is very wide, but doesn't exceed my side of the queen mattress!

Review: Personally if I lay on my right it is the perfect hight if I lay on my left I do find I need a thin pillow on top. As I roll a lot I just keep one next to me. Otherwise, this is extremely comfortable. It doesn't help all of my back issues however I no longer wake up with headaches.

Title: Feels great. Smells horrible
Review: I use the pillow last night and woke up feeling great. Significantly less neck pain However As others mentioned, the pillow does have a strong smell. My guess is the chemicals used in memory foam. Someone suggested that I unzip it and let it air out for a couple of days and I’m hoping that helps.
