Review: Professor Dershowitz has written an insightful page-turner that takes you through a few of his early cases. Interesting to walk through the different legal arguments made on the different cases. Disappointed to read about the somewhat rampant impropriety that prosecutors and judges engaged in within those cases. Fun read!

Title: Excellent book. I could not put it down.
Review: As with all Dershowitz’s books, this one is no different. Extremely interesting, easy to read, and teaches some life lessons. A book that illuminated and entertains.

Title: Captures the reality of the U.S. legal system.
Review: This is another fascinating work from Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz. This book will give the uninitiated a better understanding and a realistic look at the legal system of the United States.

Title: This is one of the best books I have ever read
Review: This is one of the best books I have ever read. Written by the greatest legal mind of our time, it truly gives you an insider's perspective of how the justice system actually works - and how it doesn't work. Dershowitz's writing is charming and funny - he is a great storyteller - but he is also brutally honest about the realities that exist and how the law and the legal participants often victimize the people they are supposed to protect. Highly recommend!

Review: Per chi fa l’avvocato è un libro che non può mancare sullo scaffale della libreria. Imperdibile, prezioso, utile, coinvolgente, tecnico ma comprensibile

Review: The book is in terrible condition, the top edge is full of moldy dots, heavily wearied covers, personal message written on the front blank page. Nowhere even close to as described 'Good' at all. Regrets for this purchase.

Review: Teilweise sehr spannende Fälle, guter Einblick in das US-Justizsystem aus Sicht des Strafverteidigers (mit Stand der 70er Jahre). Schonungslose Kritik gegenüber manchen Staatsanwälten und Richtern
