Title: Great System! Amazing Customer service
Review: System is great! Setup was extremely easy, all cameras auto-connected and picture perfect! One camera had a pink hue in whole screen that could not be fixed in settings. Customer service opted to sent a new camera unit, arrived next day- it too was an easy setup and replacement. Would definitely recommend this unit and this brand!

Title: A very well built package for home, great quality and support - a few shortcomings you need to know
Review: This is a great value with 4 cameras for home use. Cameras have great resolution at 3MP sufficient for our home needs, NVR is well built, nice unit, and also the 2TB drive at that price is a great value. Had a couple of issues: 1) Viewing on PCs does not support Windows 11, Windows 10 instead. We are 20 months into Win11 availability. Concerning for sure. 2) On Android, the overview display of the cameras - has a time out of 10 (ten) minutes! Apparently connects to their servers to display (hence their concern of time burning their bandwidth with no contract or fee). I have a tablet with my previous system that streams any camera 24/7 no fee. The 10min limit is silly. There should be a local LAN viewer that streams directly from the NVR onto your local LAN (the cameras have their own Wifi SSID which I do like - no bandwidth conflict with my home network). Their email support was EXCELLENT – prompt (given they are in China and the hours are off – leave something tonight in USA timezone and get a response by morning ) Clear perfect English, and exacting instructions. Setup was as simple as one could imagine – but their documentation that it came with was totally off – not sure what happened there. Don’t follow that doc for sure. Plug in and GO!Nothing's perfect and this is a great value with 4 cameras for home use.

Title: Very Very HAPPY with this purchase!
Review: About a year ago we had someone enter our yard and murder all our pet hens. We live on about 2 acres and the coop is on the far end from the house behind two fences, one 10 feet tall and the other about 6. We know that it was a person and not an animal as the police did an investigation and an autopsy. There was a ritualistic aspect and we learned that others had had the same issue with their flocks of chickens, ducks, and turkeys. My cousin bought this product and set it up when two of his horses were stolen (he got them back). He said it was shockingly easy to set up and so we bought one and it's true! We had the whole system up and running in minutes and it works perfectly. The cameras also can relay against each other and with no additional hardware we now have cameras across the acreage. It auto-detects movement and humans and is easy to see who (and what) has been on our property. We also posted a sign saying that the coop was being filmed and we've had zero repeat issues (neither has my cousin's horses). Wished we had done this sooner. It's a great product, highly recommended.

We are always here ready to help you solve the problem.Looking forward to your reply."Original Review:The item arrived in good condition and looked pretty solid, except that it was three different colors. The cameras are an off white eggshell type color. The cabling and antenna are a bright white and the power cables that connect are black. Defiantly not possible to make these as inconspicuous as possible as no matter what motif they are going into, there will be a clash of color. My receiving unit was also dented in the back, though it came in undamaged bubble wrap and the box was in good shape. Ironically the QC pass piece of cardboard was in the same pouch. Maybe QC doesn't inspect the physical unit?Set up was easy, the cameras did connect without issue and picture quality seemed OK with the initial settings off the included HDMI hookup to a television. I was a bit disappointed in this system overall considering all the good reviews of the previous model and the good reviews here. I spent ~12 hours trying to get this system to function as it should.To put things into perspective our home is a rectangle roughly 25' x 45', out in the country. After initial trouble with range on a couple cameras I put the receiver directly in the center of our first floor, where all the cameras were located, except one mounted in the basement almost directly under the receiver. While I was setting up all the cameras, I had one that would connect, work well for about 10 minutes, then lose its connection and report "Low signal." I eventually replaced it with another camera which worked fine from that location and the trouble camera had the same behavior at 2 feet away from the receiver. I mounted 5 cameras and had the other three laying on furniture near their mount points, which was going to take some time to prepare. Everything, except the problem camera, was working on the television screen.I let the system run overnight before attempting any more. I registered on my phone and it worked fairly well initially, then after a couple hours both the phone app and the web client (which uses Adobe Flash: presently scheduled for end of life in 2020) on my LAN stopped showing video. I could refresh the page and get an updated still, but I could not get video to play. Rebooting of the system did not resolve. Video playback would also not work on the web client. I could download the mp4 files, but they were choppy after download and often had moments of jumbled video. As I mentioned before my unit was in the center of my rectangle home with no more than 10 meters and a single wall between the cameras and the receiving unit and no other wifi signals to interfere except our home wireless network.The web client didn't seem to have all the functionalities of the main unit configuration and looked like it was written in 1995. I typically don't have an issue with a simple UI, but the configuration didn't seem to save half the time and the entire UI had to reload every time you changed a page. I was unable to adjust the time or make other configuration changes from the web portal, which I had planned to depend on after final set up. I emailed the company and did not receive a response. Maybe I just got a lemon system, but even the inability to provide the same color on the components lends me towards a lack of detail and quality on the system. Maybe I expect too much for the price.

Review: My husband and I have bought 3 systems already. We bought one for our personal use and two to gift to our moms. We really like this system, it is easy to use and set up, the signal strength is good, it doesn’t lag , the quality of the audio and camera is good. The price is great and I love that we can continue to add more and more cameras without an issue.
