Title: Perfect!
Review: I was looking for a rower that was smooth and solid but with a small price tag. This one is perfect. Quick construction and easy use. And quiet enough not to wake anyone up!

Title: Rowing machine
Review: It's very simple to assemble. It's extremely quiet and I use it while watching TV. It's very sturdy heavy duty and smooth operation. The only thing I would like to see improvement on is the resistance level is a little lighter than I would like. I've been using it for 2 months now and I started on the heaviest tension from the beginning. Take into account that I'm 6'1"and 215 lbs so a smaller person may be fine with the tension level. With that said it's still enough to get a quality workout.

Title: Pretty Good
Review: My partner and I are both in the 300-315 lb range and have had no issues using this. Hes 6'4 and I'm 5'5 and we can both use it easily, he can fully extend his legs. He wears a size 12M shoe and I wear a size 11W and his feet fit perfectly, I'd say mine feel little small for it but it's still doable! The seat is very comfortable and moves smoothly. There is a quiet squeaking/sliding sound but I think that's because were a bit heavier. Many of the comments mention how the resistance isnt super great--this is true. Were both a bit out of shape so we get a decent workout from it, but that's with it at the second to last setting. It mostly feels like a cardio workout and not like it's doing a ton for my abs/arms which is slightly disappointing. The machine itself is very compact and lightweight so you can easy roll it into a corner and it's not very noticeable. Was super easy to put together as well. Overall a nice product for the person who just wants a quick and easy workout.

Title: Amazing 'for the price'
Review: This really comes for to amazing for the price IF you can get it at or below $200. It's so hard to find a quality rower at this price point. There's a reason for this.Pros:- It works- It has a display for pulls, time, distance, and more- Super easy to put together, takes maybe 30-60 minutes- Metal where it needs to be, plastic where it doesn't matter (keeps cost down)- Comfortable handles (foam)- Cushioned seat (example, plastic would be bad here, but they were thoughtful)- Folds up leading to huge space savings, and is weighted so it doesn't tip easily (they clearly thought of this)- All features with no subscription required or even offered (this sounds dumb but so many home machines are doing this, some even locking the controls if not subscribed, and it frustrates me)Cons:- The distance is inconsistent, sometimes one full row is 1/4th of a meter and sometimes it's 3/4ths of a meter.- Meters jump in increments of x.0, x.2, x.5, x.7, leading to weird measurements of distance when it works (when it doesn't, you get the issue above this one)- Rower is very low to the ground and difficult to get onto, but the price savings are honestly worth it- Shakes a little if you go too fast/aggressive with the machine, slider is not perfect if you sit wrong, but find the right motion and it works just fineThe price is more than worth it for what is offered, but don't expect it to compare to the $1,000 machines out there. It is great for someone on a budget, especially if space savings matters (to me, it did). Some of the more expensive machines can't even fold up like this one. It's amazing value for what you're getting and allows me to get my daily workouts in. I feel it in my arms, legs, and abs. Been using it for about a month now and absolutely love it. If I had money to throw away, I'd easily spend $1-2k on a better rowing machine, but for $200 you can't beat the value here.

Title: It’s an endurance machine and good at what it does…
Review: I, like many of you, was concerned that the resistance would be too low for me when I was researching rowers. I have been working out almost everyday for years from my garage gym and wanted to get a rower for both workouts and to warm up my muscles before weight lifting. There are so many reviews stating that the resistance of the Niceday rower is just too low. I looked at the resistance weight and compared it to many other rowers. It is greater or at least the same as most of them. After using this rower for over a month, I think I’ve found out why people state it’s too low. I feel like they don’t actually understand the mechanics and functionality of the rower. It is not a weight rack. It’s not meant for spending 2-3 minutes on it and your muscles are fatigued from the resistance. Rowing is an endurance workout. Think about actually rowing a boat through water, which is what this is supposed to simulate. You don’t do a couple of paddles and you’re fatigued. If so, you’d probably get stranded and bake under the sun. This rower has all the resistance that the average or moderately above average person needs. I spend 10 minutes every morning warming up on this rower and do so effectively at level 8 (out of 16). When I want a good workout on it, I aim for more time (like 20-30 minutes) on a higher level such as 12-13. It works great if you actually understand how to use it. My husband, who is quite a bit stronger than me also never fails to get a good endurance workout on it too but tends to have it a little higher at 14-16. I’ll also mention that it was a breeze to set up by myself and I love that it’s so quiet since I wake up well before the rest of my family does to workout.

Title: Legit
Review: I took a chance with this row machine and thankfully it is a good product. I have lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. I need to keep my body strong. Sometimes I would rather not move but I’m finding this machine to be enjoyable. It’s very quiet I’m able to easily increase or decrease tension as needed. The digital screen is very basic. There’s a place to add a tablet or phone.Easy peasy to put together.I do think it’s worth buying.

Title: Not enough resistance for deep core workout.
Review: This is my fourth machine. Other three are Sunni. This machine has a more modern interface, but, the maximum resistance is only about 75-80% of the Sunni machines. This may be fine for smaller individuals, but it is too low to give me the core exercise I’m looking for.Everything else is top notch. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Compact.I would go for a higher resistance machine.

Customers say
