Do you eat when you're not hungry? Or when you're angry and upset? Do you eat to control your feelings?

Allen Carr's Easyway is the most successful self-help stop-smoking method of all time. It has helped millions of smokers all over the world to quit and has since been used to treat other addictions such as drinking and gambling. Allen Carr's Easyway method works by unravelling the brainwashing that leads us to desire the very thing that is harming us, meaning that we are freed from the addiction rather than merely restricting our behaviour.

The Easyway method has now been applied to the problem of emotional eating. With Allen Carr's Easyway method, you can eat as much of your favourite foods as you want, whenever you want, as often as you want and be the exact weight you want to be, without dieting, special exercise, using willpower or feeling deprived.

Do you find that difficult to believe? Listen to this audiobook.

Title: I am finally free!
Review: I just finished reading "Allen Carr's Easy Way to Quit Emotional Eating: Set yourself free from binge-eating and comfort-eating," and I can't express enough how transformative this experience has been for me. With a BMI of 30.9, I have struggled with emotional overeating for years, feeling trapped in a cycle of guilt and frustration. This book has been a revelation.Allen Carr’s approach is refreshingly different from typical diet books. It doesn’t focus on what to eat but rather on changing the mindset around food. It helped me understand the emotional triggers behind my eating habits and provided clear, practical steps to overcome them. The language is straightforward, compassionate, and incredibly motivating. What struck me the most was the emphasis on freedom. For the first time, I don't feel like I'm fighting a battle with food or myself. Instead, I feel empowered and at peace. This book gave me the tools to re-evaluate my relationship with food, and I am now making healthier choices without feeling deprived or overwhelmed. If you're struggling with emotional eating or simply want to change how you think about food, I highly recommend this book. It has changed my life, and I am confident it can do the same for you. I am finally free, and I owe it all to this incredible guide.

Title: OMG! It worked!
Review: I was skeptical because I have been trying for ages to get my eating under control. I got sick and lost a lot of weight and I don’t want to put it back on so I bought this. By the time I was done reading I no longer had any urge to splurge! My husband is listening to the audio book and he turned down cake on his birthday last week. Unbelievable. I have already pre-ordered the one on getting exercise. My hubby also quit smoking with after 45 years smoking and probably a dozen failed attempts. He hasn’t even craved a cigarette since. Don’t hesitate. Buy this book!!

Title: You must buy this book.
Review: I have been trying to figure out a few questions, like how and why I keep torturing myself eating crap. I have struggled for years with this. I read it a week ago and stopped immediately. It is so simple, but it gets you right where you need to be. I have quit for a week now and for the skeptics out there, only time will tell.

Title: A rational and helpful book on it's subject.
Review: Very helpful book. I only put 4 stars instead of 5 because perfection is so elusive.

Title: Lots of repetition
Review: I am only 2/3 of the way through this book but from the beginning I was motivated to eliminate certain items from my diet. I haven’t yet finished the book but so far it has told me what NOT to eat but hasn’t said what TO eat. I do feel that the information in the book could have been summed up in one chapter instead of multiple chapters as there is a whole lot of repeating.

Title: Wish I had known sooner
Review: I’ve tried restricting. Intuitive Eating. Distractions. Meditation. Exercise. Therapy. Everything in the book. My binge eating disorder had gotten so bad that I was hospitalized after a particularly bad binge, and this book was recommended to me. As a psychology major, I should have realized sooner that willpower wasn’t the answer. I am so grateful for this book. If you struggle with treatment-resistant binge eating disorder, PLEASE consider giving this book a try.

Title: Worked for me!
Review: I like the Allen Carr Books. They are really great for specific problems. I will say probably not a good idea to stack them. Maybe pick a problem, use the book preferably listen I think. Then wait 6 months before doing another one. It seems to make a difference.

Review: I have been a yoyo dieter since my early teens. At 55 years old, I was so tired of this that I had to find a solution. About 20 years ago, I read Allen Carr's book "The Easy way to quit smoking" and I easily quit without any cravings or effort and never looked back. Because of that success, I thought I would give this a try. I read the book and it made a lot of sense but I'm an auditory learner so I also purchased the audiobook and listened to it again from start to finish. That was back in January of 2021. I now eat whatever I want but I find I eat way less because I only feel the need to eat when I am hungry. I also no longer have cravings for chips and salty snacks, which was my problem food. Without any effort, I have lost 14 lbs. It came off very slowly but I didn't care because I no longer had the guilt that I used to feel after eating an entire bag of chips while watching a movie. Besides the weight loss, my blood pressure is down and my heart rate has dropped significantly. This book will work for you if you are willing to change your mind about food. It also helps you realize how you are a victim of the advertising agencies and the messages you constantly hear about "comfort food" in the media. I recommend this if you are sick and tired and you dread trying yet another diet.

Review: I quit smoking with Allen Carr about 25 years ago, and alcohol about 3 years ago, but I was incredibly skeptical that the method could have any impact on eating or diet, especially given that I read one of his other diet books several years ago and it just didn't resonate with me.I started reading this not really believing that it would work at all. My issue was that, whereas with smoking and alcohol, you can give up ENTIRELY, and never touch it ever again, this is simply not possible with food. And if I can't give up entirely then surely I will always fall back as I would with smoking/drinking?Because a) you need to eat and b) no matter what anyone says, there are going to be situations where you need to eat and there is nothing around other than rubbish, or you need to eat if for some other reason. Yes you can plan and avoid and everything, but it is going to happen. For example, it's my son's birthday this week and his brother makes him a cake. He will be genuinely offended if I don't eat a bit. However, what I now see with clarity is that this is only a problem if I WANT TO eat it. Me eating a small piece of cake to keep my son happy is not a problem if I don't want it and don't enjoy it. I'm doing it for an entirely different reason. These situations aside, I am now in place where the most enjoyable things about food are eating the most healthiest thing I can possibly get my hands on, and eating only as much as satisfies my hunger and nothing more. The moment this all clicked was a life-changing revelation.Incidentally this is not really explained well in the book I had to figure it out for myself.
