Title: Expensive but lovely surprise
Review: This product is way outside what I would usually pay for a cooking pot, which I is really denigrating this wok. Having watched the Yemani cooking videos I kept seeing this wok and other pots by this company and decided to try it. I’ve been cooking for 60 years and this is the most expensive pot I’ve ever bought, but it is lovely. Easy to season and I have used it twice, but it will be one of my main pots to use. My only criticism is for the price that the lid was not included. I have other lids, but I have ordered a lid because it will fit so nicely with some of the recipes. I’m thinking about. no stickiness, even temperature and at 80 (my age)it is light and easy to use. Recommend but wish they would have included the lid

Title: Awesome cookware
Review: I’m extremely happy with this product and have since ordered several key pieces. The best cookware out there. Uses very little oil, cooks very evenly and browns things well. I’ve given away all my other cookware and only use this. No Teflon ever again! Is pricey, but comes with a lifetime warranty.

Title: Absolute dream of a pan
Review: LOVE this wok. It’s got a silky smooth finish that nothing sticks to. It heats quickly, and cleans easily by hand or in the dishwasher. It’s awesome that there’s a lifetime warranty and is metal utensil-safe too. Wish all my cookware was hexclad.

Title: High-Quality Wok with Great Features, but a Few Drawbacks
Review: I've been using the HexClad Hybrid Nonstick 12-Inch Wok for several months now, and while it has some standout features, it’s not without its shortcomings.Pros:Versatility and Performance: This wok excels in various cooking tasks like stir-frying, sautéing, and even braising. The hybrid design, combining stainless steel and nonstick, provides excellent heat distribution and durability. It heats up quickly and evenly, which is perfect for high-heat cooking methods. The nonstick surface works well, making cooking and cleaning easierDurability and Scratch Resistance: The laser-etched hexagonal pattern is more than just a unique design—it protects the nonstick surface from scratches, allowing for the use of metal utensils without worry. This feature significantly extends the lifespan of the wok compared to traditional nonstick optionsEasy to Clean: Being dishwasher-safe is a big plus, and the nonstick surface ensures that even sticky foods don’t leave a mess. Cleanup is straightforward, which is always a bonus after cookingCons:Heavy Weight: The wok is heavier than most nonstick pans, which can make it cumbersome to handle, especially when it’s full. This might be a downside for those who prefer lighter cookware for ease of usePricey: The HexClad wok comes at a premium price, which might be a deterrent for budget-conscious buyers. While the quality is undeniable, some might find it difficult to justify the cost, especially if they don’t cook frequentlyOverall: The HexClad Hybrid Nonstick Wok is a durable, versatile piece of cookware that performs exceptionally well in the kitchen. However, its weight and high price point might be considerations for those looking for more lightweight or budget-friendly options. If you’re serious about cooking and are willing to invest in long-lasting, high-performance cookware, this wok is definitely worth considering.

Review: It's a very pretty wok and I fully expected from various reviews, Youtube videos and such that it was going to look terrible after the first time (or first few times) using it. And it looks great. The bottom interior centre of the wok has a darker spot. It's not as pretty as the upper part with the shiny steel hexagons or the bottom outside of the wok, but I imagine there's a good reason for it. I think some people in the reviews thought that this was a stain, but it's in a hexagon shape. It's solid feeling but to be honest, it might be a bit "too solid feeling" as it's pretty heavy for me to toss a lot. That's particular to my arm strength though and I don't toss my regular giant wok around that much anyway. But that wok needs to be dried each time afterwards to prevent rust. Which means I have to clean it right away and then put it on the heat for a couple of minutes which was an incentive to get a wok like this and at a smaller, more manageable size which is what I would need most of the time. This wok will hopefully be my all-purpose pot of this size and I had been debating between this and an 8" pan which is something I needed too, but because the top of the wok is wide, I think I should be able to do anything I would with a small non-stick pan in this one, and have the versitility of the tall sides too. It's too bad it doesn't come with a 10" lid but I already have a universal lid and just treated myself to a silicone lid too to make it less tempting to spend the money on a full-price Hexclad lid, though they do look nice. I got the wok on sale for 150 and I think the lid would have been around 86 and right now it's 78 so it doesn't seem worth it.I haven't tried eggs yet or really sticky noodles. It does heat up fast and has a handle that stays cool so those are two features that make it easier than cast iron. It's a bit bigger than I expected considering the bottom contact just barely covers my smaller electric burner. Just wanted to share my first experiences as there were some reviews that made me worried about even the beginning experience. Very sturdy boxes protected it in shipping. It came in it's drawstring bag, which was thinner and flimsier than I expected from videos and the handle punched a tiny hole into the top but I don't really care. I don't think I'll be travelling around with it but if I was constantly stacking other steel pan in it, I might use it. I'll update how things go after a while.
