Review: I recently received a waffle maker and this book made a good addition. There are lots of recipes for all kinds of waffles that can be enjoyed for any meal/snack during the day.Things that I do not like about this book:- they are clearly American, as a result all the measurement are in cups, there are also some ingredients that are specific to America.- all the recipes are in alphabetical order, I think I would have preferred them to be grouped by something else, maybe sweet, savoury, etc. Or by meal.- it is not very obvious how many waffles each recipe makes. Most just say 'yield' then a number, others say 'yield X waffles'. It just isn't very consistent. For example, one recipe said 'yield 4' and there was enough mixture to make 3.5 X 4 waffles (my machine makes four at a time).- there are no pictures or serving suggestions, and it is not always easy to tell what sort of waffle the recipes makes. So sometimes you just have to make it and hope for the best.
