2、Q: Does this Extender will reduce my wifi speed?

A: The WiFi extender is used to extend the WiFi range ( which your main router WiFi can't cover ) lt does not increase WiFi speed. Sometimes, the WiFi speed may reduce due to external influences. Such as microwave oven or thick wall. We suggest you place it at a different position for a better signal.

3、Q: What can l do if l cannot access the web management page?

A: There are many kinds of reasons caused this situation. Please try the methods below to log in again:(1). Make sure your phone/PC is connected to its wireless network "WiFi pro xxxxxx " or " WiFi 5G pro xxxxxx" during setup.(2). Or open your browser on your phone/PC, enter 192.168.11.1in the address bar to set up.(3).lf you still can’t access the web page, please reset the extender. Then connect your computer or smartphone to its wireless network "WiFi pro xxxxxx " or " WiFi 5G pro xxxxxx" and begin to set up again.

A: Mobile phone or computer can be set. Recommend cell phone setting, more convenient and fast.

2. Q: Can't find the wifi name of the repeater?

A：Turn the switch on the left side of the Repeater to "ON."，press the WPS Butoon hole for 5s, then open the airplane mode on your phone and then close it, and search the network again.

3. Q: Why didn't it jump to the repeater setting page?

A: First, make sure the cell phone (or computer) is connected to the ""WiFi pro_XXX"" WIFI, if it is not automatically jumped to the settings page, manually enter 192.168.11.1 to enter the settings.

4. Q: Why is there still no network for the repeater after the setup is completed?

A: Check whether the WIFI password set by the repeater is the same as the WIFI password of the superior router, this must be consistent.

5. Q: Is the signal unstable and intermittent?

A: The distance between the repeater and the router is too far, you should reduce the distance between them.

Title: Wi-Fi for the whole house
Review: It's small, which is a plus as you can see it's plugged into a surge protector and fits fine. The antennas are very flexible you can put them in any direction you want. It was easy to set up.The speed seems to be good but I'm not streaming content so I can't comment on that.I have many smart devices in my home and some of the light bulbs in my furthest bedroom were not able to connect to the network. I thought this would solve that problem. Unfortunately, your smartphone and any smart devices you want to control through your phone all need to be on the same network. When you connect to the extender, it is its own address and it is not on the same network as the phone, so you have to remember to change the Wi-Fi network your phone is on in order to operate the smart devices. That is not a fault of the equipment, that is my shortcoming for not understanding the way Wi-Fi extenders work.I'm very happy. Great value for the money.This is a new seller who cares deeply about their online reputation.

Title: My kids are happy!

Review: I have a 3000 sq ft home 3 levels!Now with this extender I get fast speeds from every where from top to bottom.of.my 3 story 3000 sq ft home!! Great bang for your buck, instead of paying my cable company $10 bucks a month, this extender does the job!! I still very rarely get a message that says can't reach this website, however, when I ask why, it tells me it may be a bad site and cause problems with my personal info!! I'm glad it warns me no need to get a virus!! Set up the breeze just plug it in the wall in the middle of your house and it extends the Wi-Fi signal all through your home couldn't be happier with this purchase!
