Title: I like this product
Review: I love baked potatoes but didn't have them very often because it took so long to cook them. This product has made it super easy to have a baked potato whenever I please. Follow the instructions and the potato comes out just like you want it to. I would definitely recommend this product. And it's so easy to clean.

Title: Ordered 2 pack only got one single pack
Review: Did not receive what was ordered. After looking at reviews, it seems I'm not the only one this has happened to. I went to their main page and don't find a place to contact them. I told Amazon I was not satisfied as I did not receive the 2 pack but have not heard back. I've not used the product but it seems sturdy and went thru the dishwasher just fine. My complaints are: I PAID for the 2 pack and only received a single pack, No way to get to the vendor to get this resolved. My rating is for the vendor. The product itself seems okay.

Review: I ordered the two pack and only received one. I see now, this has happened to many people. I haven’t used it because it was going to be a gift. DO NOT PURCHASE THE TWO PACK!!!!!!! So disappointed.
