Review: I bought this for my husband for Christmas and I couldnât have picked a better gift. He loves omelets and this contraption does not disappoint. It cooks perfect, fluffy, moist omelets every time (& Iâm not particularly a lover of omelets & even i like them). He has started sautéing various veggies at the beginning of each week & bagging them up, so heâll throw some of those in with cheese and eggs & have a quick, nutritious breakfast in no time. Super easy to clean, too. Kudos to whomever invented this device!

Review: I bought this to go with an omelet maker for my son this past Christmas and I must say that the results after several recipes were excellent. Both he and I have loved the ideas that this book has brought out. I only wish there might have been a few color pictures to make this book perfect.

Review: Haven't had chance to seriously use it yet. But have skimmed through. Seems crammed with ideas I would not otherwise have had. I like the way recipes are categorised into breakfast, meat, veggie, etc.A nice touch is the few words at the bottom of each page, no more than a sentence, where the author suggests how you could turn this particular omelette into more of a meal if you have time. ("Serve on a bed of wilted spinach and halved baby tomatoes". Or "You could try adding some quickly diced black pudding or regular sausage for more of a breakfast meal".)You can't live on omelettes alone but this little book could sometimes save the day.

Review: First the good, the recipes are easy to follow and there's a good variety too. Now the not so good, the timings the book gives for each recipie is way out, typically the recipie will give timings of around 4 minutes, but in my experience it's more like 15 minutes. I'm using the Andrew James omlette maker btw. I can understand 1 or 2 minutes difference as machines vary, but 10 minutes difference on a decent omlette maker? Despite the timings, the book is great for creating different omlettes you may never have thought of plus nice and simple to follow.
