Title: Great Picture, Color and Clarity, Nice Monitor
Review: This is a really nice little monitor. I was not expecting much for a low-end monitor at a rock bottom price, but have to admit I am pleasantly surprised. Really, no cons at this price point. Pluses:1. Very clear, sharp screen for a 1600 x 900 display. Has a better picture than a new 1920 x 1080 HP monitor I have.2. Very good standard color saturation - not washed out at all. I did not feel the need to adjust color or brightness settings.3. Good font clarity and sharpness.4. Has integrated speakers, a nice surprise for such an inexpensive monitor, where many higher-end models don't include speakers. Speakers are not incredibly loud but are very clear and not tinny. The speakers work through the DVI to HDMI cable and there is no need for an extra audio cable.5. Comes with a DVI-D to HDMI cable as well as a standard VGA to VGA cable. Monitor has a VGA output and two HDMI outputs, as well as audio outputs if you would rather not use the integrated speakers.6. The monitor stand snaps to the base, and the stand screws into the monitor with just two screws. There is a strong hinge built in which allows easy tilting for your viewing preferences. Took a couple minutes to assemble.7. Box comes with a screwdriver, so you don't need to have tools of your own.8. Nice color-coded ports on the back. This is my first Sceptre monitor and based on this, I will be likely to consider this brand again. Very pleased.

Title: Nice but a touch fuzzy and base is hard to disassemble
Review: Make sure you like the item before fully assembling. The monitor works well but is a touch fuzzy to me and that's on the highest resolution setting. I am returning because it is smaller than my monitor and I don't want to adjust as I do a good bit of design work. I also don't like not being able to adjust the height of the monitor. Otherwise, the monitor is well lit, lightweight and I love that it came with it's own screwdriver and HDMI cable. I did not reorder a larger size in this brand because I felt higher quality ones were available for nearly the same price. If you are looking for a smaller and budget friendly monitor, this is a great option. The only con is the power cord isn't very long so if your power outlet/power strip is further than a foot from your desk, you may have issues especially if you are purchasing for a standing desk that doesn't have a built in power outlet. The monitor was packaged well, arrived timely and undamaged.

Title: Just what I needed
Review: These are very sturdy, good looking monitors. I had been borrowing a monitor from my workplace and using my laptop as a second screen. It sucked.Enter these monitors! I bought two, and I love them. Theyâre the perfect height and size for what I need for work. Very clear picture. They each came with an hdmi cable, which was awesome, and they were very easy to put together.I highly recommend them!

Title: Not the best but you get what you pay for
Review: Straight to it. The picture quality isn't the best. The reviews are pretty positive but the lacking in quality will show up in lower settings. There is a bit of color bleed. The best view is from about thirty degrees up from straight in front of the screen. This leads to a rainbow effect on the upper edge looking straight on that you can notice. Again at lower settings the edges of the screen will have a white hue emitting on a black screen. The screen definitely has optimal/limited viewing angles and it is clearly noticeable as mentioned before. Depending on the angle the screen you're viewing from colors may change to a warmer tint (the right side) or start to black out (more from lower viewer angles). The screen definitely can be set to 75hz through adapter settings in windows (59,60, or 79). The lower pixel count is definitely noticeable as well, you will see this in numbering. Due to this the picture is never sharp and crisp. I can't say that it is really HD for that reason. The bottom line is that the monitor on my HP laptop is of better quality than this sceptre screen but I don't use it for high quality graphics or anything like that. The plug and play settings adjustments are pretty basic and a bit crude, but with this type of screen you don't want to try to make it something it's not. The speakers are not high def as well, there is audio out and in. HDMI and VGA. It is VESA compatible and it is ergonomically correct for that, mounting portrait or landscape...some monitors say that but cable ports and such get in the way of the mount depending on the brands of both. This has no problem. All in all I give this monitor only three stars. You do get what you need but just a low performing screen.
Customers say

Some are also happy with the ease of setup and size. However, some customers have reported issues with the sound quality and color quality.
