Title: A lifetime love of blueberries
Review: BLUEBERRY LOVE by Cynthia GraubartWe used to live quite close to a blueberry farm that allowed the public to come and get a berry pail and pick as many blueberries as you wanted to. They would then weigh your haul and charge you by the pound. I think this instilled a lifetime love of blueberries for us. My hubby always requests homemade blueberry muffins for Christmas morning and whenever else he can get them (for his birthday as a surprise). Where we live now, there are lots of wild huckleberry plants all over and it's great to be on a short walk and stop and gather up a treat.Blueberry Love is chocked full of tasty blueberry recipes. Breakfast, salads & sides, lunch & dinner, and dessert are all topics in the book. A wonderful sounding Blueberry Soup recipe, I haven't heard of that before, I've had strawberry soup, and it tasted fantastic.There are gluten-free recipes along with gluten recipes. Sweet, savory, beverages, syrups, just about anything you could think of that uses blueberries. The author uses a lot of pre-prepared items, to make the recipes easier and possibly faster to create. Some people who make everything homemade can substitute in their own homemade versions if they want.Highly recommend. Title: A wonderful recipe collection!
Review: A wonderful collection of recipes! There are some tried and true prize winners included, and other innovative uses of blueberries. An interesting brief history and origin of this versatile fruit, plus ways to preserve it, begins the book. I was hungry just looking at the pictures and reading all of the recipes. My family enjoyed the Ginger Blueberry Jumbo muffins. The pancake recipe is delicious too.A classic cookbook to add to any kitchen!(An e-book was provided by the publisher via NetGalley. Title: Comprehensive collection
Review: This recipe book offers a variety from old favorites to more adventurous. I plan to try more then a few. This would make a great addition to a bridal shower gift or for a new cook. Great pictures and clearly written. I requested and received a NetGalley ARC to peruse gratis.

Review: This is a wonderful cookbook. It covers a wide range of recipes from muffins to pies to cakes to salads to jams/ sauces to main courses embellishments, even to mixed drinks. Wow! Love it!!! Pictures for each item are excellent !
