Title: Been a customer for years
Review: They make a great product. GameStop always carries them. Walmart or target customer service is great. Never had an issue. My only issue is you buy a headset and then they update it and get another one that’s better within a year and I think that’s great. The app is easy to use. They sound amazing. They are comfortable. Flip Mike to mute is amazing friends say I sound great. My dad have used these for movies. he loves them. The 60 mm drivers are amazing this product rocks people like to say turtle beach is not good. They have come very far for the price you get a lot more than others like I said I’ve never had an issue. This product is great.

Title: Much better than the trash Gen 2s
Review: I bought these to upgrade the terrible Gen 2s that I had been dealing with for quite some time. The Gen 3s are far better but do have their quirks. Setup is easy, but make sure you follow the directions and plug in the right receiver into the correct device. After that, its a painless setup.The sound quality is excellent but trying to find the right balance between game audio, music and discord is a battle. I also find that settings are never exactly where they left them. I can hop onto a game with friends, discord and spotify going and I have to redo the levels for each app and person all over again. Its really infuriating, to be honest. I should be able to set it, and forget it. I want to blame the Discord Xbox app more than anything so your mileage may vary with this particular issue I have.The phone app that you can pair your headphones with is actually quite good and lets you get into the nitty gritty and fine tune your specifics.The most important thing is that this headset does not drop connection randomly, stop transmitting audio , or any of the other rage inducing issues that the Gen 2s had with the Xbox Series X. I'm still convinced the Gen2's were never put through QA and put together by blind mice and tested by deaf ones.

Review: Sounds good.Ear up depth is the best it’s been for turtle beaches. About an inch deep. Should have plenty of room for average ears.They are heavy and the headband padding is terrible! Feels like cardboard!The mic pass through is terrible on xbox; I can’t hear myself. Might be able to be fixed updates in the future.The headband was a deal breaker.

Review: Out of all the headsets I’ve ever owned, this is the best one I’ve ever used. I recently upgraded from an Astro A40 and this is in a whole new league. Comfortable, easy to use, and the battery life is crazy good. Pairing to the app was kinda hard but one I got it figured it I was able to tune to my liking. Would 100% buy again and recommend

Bluetooth connects to phone you can hear ur phone calls or texts as ur play the gameCons:The Mic: quality is absolutely HORRIBLE, I did not notice this until I was streaming a game for a buddy and I heard myself, not even joking the mic quality sounds like you’re in the original Xbox 360 mic. It makes you sound like you’re a chain smoker and have a hole in ur throat and you gotta talk through that little machine they use. I swear to god I’m not exaggerating.The buttons/dials: There's 3 dials. One for ur game volume, another one for your party, to choose whether u wanna hear the game or your friends more, then the Bluetooth dial for ur phone.In my personal experience I will suddenly lose party audio because I’ll lean my head back on the couch and the dial will roll all the way to mute.SuperHumanHearing: Garbage. Somehow someway they managed to actually downgrade this feature compared to the previous gen headphones.3.5mm jack: Doesn’t have one. So when you find out and hear how dog doodoo the mic is, you won’t even be able to plug it in to an external source.

Review: The sound is fine. The headset noise isolation is good. The mic is garbage. I have gone back to using my 700 Gen 1s for now. Contemplating a return.For anyone with a big head these are for sure a bit tight just an FYI.

Review: It's a big tank with a lot of potential. I would whole heartedly recommend this to any one who is looking for a better gaming headset.Pros.- Super loud with clear audio.- Has controls for everything that's needed for a steamer.- Extremely huge battery life, I only charged it once till now.- Really comfortable even for longer gaming sessions, I have tried only using it for 6 hours straight.- Well sealed on my ears.- Can play audio from Xbox while playing audio from Mobile as well.- Flip to mute works like a charm.Cons.- No option to have a transparency mode or hear what others are saying outside.- The two dongles won't work together like the bluetooth.- There are a few software glitches, but everything works as expected.- Sometimes if the mic is pulled on and connected, then the microphone is not detected in xbox, so flipping it over to mute and then unmute works.
