Title: the coffee, specifically the cappuccino, is awesome
Review: You quickly get spoiled with the ease of use as our old machine required you to grind beans and empty the coffee after each use. This one, albeit a bit noisy, you just put your cup under the spigots and press the button.I like that it cleans the milk hose each use but you have to remember to put something under the coffee spigots as it does a cleaning cycle at startup and shutdown. Easy to resolve and get used to that.

Review: I’ve only had it for 48 hours but I can’t get enough of it. A friend with 25+ years as a Starbucks barista, said that her latte was the best home latte she had ever had. I myself would put it up against any I’ve had no matter where I got it. It takes just a couple try’s to get the right mix. Only picky complaints are it’s loud, but understanding so for the quality you get and small capacity milk container. But super easy to use

Title: Easy to use and clean
Review: Makes wonderful espresso without all the fuss. This my third brand of espresso maker and I’ll never go back to Saeco or Phillip’s. The brew group in this machine is so much better than the others in function and ease of cleaning.The milk frothing is just as good as a store bought cappuccino.

Review: The Good:Easy to use.makes a great cup of espresso.Hot water dispenser if you want it.has a separate Milk container that comes off and is easy to cleanthe adjustable dispenser is great to fit the size of your cup.Automatically grinds, compresses, and pours your espresso shots perfectly.The Bad:The beans don't fall in the shoot freely. for the first few times, I needed to massage the beans into the shoot. It would flash an error message and show that I need to fill the bean hopper that is full.I think it figured it out. I simply us a coffee stick to preload the hopper. I find I have to do this every other time or three coffees.The Ugly:Nothign ugly to mention. pretty great machine.

Title: It works, it's fast, and it's clean
Review: Love the quality of life features and how easy it was to use. Top off the coffee on top, fill water, stick frother in, and make some sweet sweet coffee.Also a wash feature to flush out and clean frother is a huggggge plus.

Title: Too many defective units
Review: The frother stops working after 4 cups, not the wear issue, nothing to clean yet just after 4 cups of macchiato.Even after washing the frothing attachments just after 4 cups of macchiato, after using 2% milk and almond milk which worked in the beginning it just stopped making froth and simply spits out hot milk, like the function ceased.Factory reset did not make any difference. There are too many reviews about this issue and looks like this is just another defective unit or flawed design. Beware....

Review: The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey, and at first, you have to figure out the grind size of the coffee beans yourself. Overall, it’s a very good coffee machine that makes me look forward to my first cup every morning. I’ve been using it for about a month, and it’s been great so far. Hopefully, it won’t break easily. Pure water is recommended for the machine.
