Title: Good flavor, medium-high heat for a non-chili eater
Review: The red is just a bit hotter than Tabasco, 5x hotter which isn't much at this Scoville. The green is ~15x hotter. I remember these sauces being 'hot' before I ate hot suave or chili's regularly. If you don't eat hot sauce or spicy food, the red is probably your best bet. If you can take a little heat, then the green is my much preferred flavor. If you eat chili's or hot sauce then you are likely already aware that this isn't as hot as many others, probably not above a 1 or 2/10 for a chili head, or around a 6 or 7/10 for a non-chili head. It's hotter than Buffalo wild wings medium suace, bit not as hot as their hot sauce, which seems to be a known heat level.

Review: I took a chance with this brand because of their history. It has most certainly paid off. It has a very good taste to go with the heat from the habaneros. Good value and a perfectly refined product. A little dab will do the job:)

Title: Lots of heat, but the habanero flavor shines through.
Review: I love the flavor of habanero, but sometimes the various sauces can be a little too spicy, which takes away from that.I would say these are just about perfect if you want a bit (they are spicy!) of heat but not enough to drown out the flavor, with the green sauce being quite a bit spicier depending on my mood 🙂

Title: I Love El Yucateco sauces!
Review: The Red sauce has just the right touch of sweetness, and the green has that pepper flavor. Both bring serious heat, and a little bit goes a long way. I can run out of Crystals, I can run out of Tabasco, but never El Yucateco!

Title: Flavorful
Review: These peppers are the best. Someone gave me the red one and I was sooo happy when I saw it on Amazon. I had to buy them only to realize that the green taste even better. They are strong, a little goes a far way. I add them to my plate when eating or the pot when cooking. Full of flavour, delicious and consistent taste. The package came bubble wrapped to ensure safe transportation. They didn’t leak as they were sealed. For sure I will be buying again.
