𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐍. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐘𝐓𝐇. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐃 - This Legend stainless steel cooking set is built to last a lifetime. Designed from the inside out, this high quality pots and pans set is perfect for serious home cooks, and great for novices to learn on. The 5 layers are chosen for rapid & even heating, heat retention, and cooking stability. Each piece is carefully assembled and the handles firmly riveted on, making them ideal for moving soups, stews, roasts, braises, and other heavy dishes around your stovetop.
𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐘 𝐓𝐎 𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐍 & 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 - To maintain the quality of your Legend cookware, allow to cool completely to room temperature. Clean with dish detergent and a sponge or soft mesh scrubber. To maintain luster, polish with water and a mild acid, like vinegar or lemon juice. Dishwasher safe, but to maintain the visibility of interior measurement lines, handwashing is best. Stainless steel pans requires no special handling, unlike cast iron, pure copperware, enameled and nonstick clad cookware.
𝐌𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐈𝐏𝐋𝐘 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐍𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐆𝐘 - MultiPly cladding technology produces the highest-performing 5 ply stainless steel pots and pans set in your kitchen. Each layer of premium metal serves a purpose: 304 stainless steel for safe, easy-clean cooking; a thick aluminum core for even heating; aluminum layer A & B; and 430 stainless steel for performance on all cooktops. Heat distribution to handles may occur over long periods of high temperature cooking. Make sure to use a potholder when grasping handles.
𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐋𝐄 𝐈𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄 - The 5 Ply Stainless Steel Cookware Set can be used with any kitchen setup: electric, gas, glass, or induction. It can go from stovetop to oven, for true one-pot meal cooking. You can even take it along for cookfire camping or tailgate grilling. This set includes: 8-quart stockpot; 10-inch frying pan; 12-inch frying pan; 8-inch frying pan; 1.5-quart saucepan; 3-quart saucepan; 5-quart Dutch Oven; and 5-quart sauté pan. All with heavy, custom fitted lids.
𝐍𝐎 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐍𝐎𝐍-𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐂𝐎𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 - Just let the stainless steel pot set get hot, then add a healthy cooking oil, like safflower or olive oil, and you can sauté vegetables or fry a steak to perfection. No need to worry about health risks when cooking at high heat, like with traditional cheap non stick coating. There's also no need to craft your own coating and baby it, like with cast iron. Just cook, clean, and put this stainless steel pan set away. Heavy duty quality, with lightweight construction.

Title: One year in
Review: I have been meaning to write this review for a while. I bought this set of pans as a Christmas present to myself last year. This cookware is beautiful, heafty and well designed. I have used them in both gas and induction cooktops and the heat is even and predictable. My only complaint is that I haven mastered the frying pan flip due to the weight of the pan. These things are built like a tank! Cleanup is just fine as long as you preheat the pan sufficiently. This is true with any stainless cookware! Proper preheat is key!! After a year, there are some scratches in the finish. But these pans get hard use EVERY day and I think they are wearing just fine. The cookware is honestly a joy to use.Let me tell you about customer service though. After I made my first batch of pasta in the stockpot, I noticed some cosmetic blemishes in the bottom of the pan that wouldnât come off. No big deal and doesnât impact the functionality at all. But I thought Iâd contact Legend about it anyway since I did pay a chunk for these pans. They were awesome. The owner of the company himself got back to me within a day and immediately took care of the issue. He made me more than whole, to compensate for my troubles. Great customer service!!These pans are a great value and will up your game in the kitchen. Customer service is second to none.

Title: Worth every penny and then some!!
Review: I've been searching for a new set of pans for my husband for awhile. A couple of months ago, he got a new Camp Chef smoker/grill, so I wanted something heavy duty that he could use on that, but I still wanted something that I could use on the stove and in the oven. When I started looking, I was floored at the prices. I wanted a good set that's made to last, but there was no way I was going to spend $1,000-$1,500. ð³ I wanted to keep it under $500, but I also didn't want to skimp on quality. I did an apples to apples comparison between 3 of the other 5-Ply stainless steel sets and the Legend set. There were no major differences in quality and functionality that would necessitate spending 2-3 times as much as the Legend set. I've been using Legend cast iron pans for years, so I knew that any product I got from them would be made with the highest standards. I surprised my husband with these right before Thanksgiving. He was thrilled that he had new toys to play with. We're super impressed with the quality and workmanship. From the minute you take it out of the box, you can feel the quality in the weight of the pans. They're very solid and heavy duty. They look and feel like they're made for the long haul. The new 5-ply version uses a 304 stainless steel layer on the interior to make it easier to clean. The next 3 layers are made of aluminum for faster and more even heat distribution and retention. The final 5th layer on the exterior of the pan is made of 430 stainless steel, which is what makes these pans perform like a dream no matter what type of cooktop you use. My husband used 3 of the pans on the smoker for Thanksgiving and I used one in the oven and one on the stovetop. Everything was cooked to perfection and the pans performed beautifully. There was no warping or hot spots, just superior temperature control. The design of the pans is exactly like those that you'll find in a professional kitchen. The cast stainless steel handles are all ergonomic to make carrying the pans easy. They're also expertly riveted into the pans for increased stability and longevity. I love the little details that make using these pans easier to use, like the easy pour rims, heavy custom-fitted lids and the measuring lines on the interior of the pan. Those lines were a lifesaver on Thanksgiving when we were making a million different dishes and kept running out of measuring cups. At the end of the day when it was time to clean up, I was thrilled that these could go in the dishwasher. I was amazed that they all came out spotless and looked brand new. Make sure that you read over the care guide that it comes with before using your pans. If you follow the care instructions, these pans will be ones you hand down to future generations. They even have a Forever warranty, just in case there are any issues with the pans. This set is worth every penny and then some. This is a cookware set that'll come with no regrets.

Title: Good, professional level cookware.
Review: This is a quality set. It is a nice weight, distributes heat evenly and is easy to clean. There is a nice variety for every need. After a kitchen remodel, my goal was to invest in a quality set that will last for the rest of my life. This fits the bill! You can register your purchase, they provide meals for ten families and you receive a gift. Communication and customer serservice are exceptional with this company. In text communication, I shared that I recently remodeled my kitchen. They sent me the Chef's knife as a gift. It is really a wonderful knife! I tried to review on the knife's page (couldn't since I didn't purchase it) so I'm doing it here. It's sharp, well balanced and a joy to use!I highly recommend!

Title: My Forever Pots and Pans
Review: Husband wanted a new set of cookware. Consulted my daughter who works in industrial design and got the thumbs up on this set for American-made steel, price point, and performance with regard to durability, workmanship, and heat distribution. The 14 piece set sutied my range of needs - steaks, making jam, dying fabric, general saute, stews, deep frying, braising, roasting...all manners of cooking.Things I really like: 1. Metal handles allow me to braise/baste and warm in the oven while finishing stovetop rotations (no melted handles!!). 2. Snug-fitting lids that don't weigh ten tons. 3. The heft and balance is not too bulky for a petite lady like me with a bad wrist (petite in bone and hands only haha because my husband is a supreme chef) 4. Great bottom thickness and even heating. 5. They are shiny 🙂 and I'm finding it easy to keep them that way.I've used a range of these pans on electric/induction tops, outdoor gas ranges, and campfires. I did ding the inside of one pan by cutting up my steak in the pan (we were camping, it was dark, and maybe a beer or two was had) and it left knife marks in the bottom. So that tells me I'll never use a metal scrubber on the inside cooking surface (green scrubby only). My only wish for lid options would be a see-through glass set. I'm age 50 and probably won't need another set for the rest of my life. These would make an excellent wedding or home-chef knock-your-socks-off gift.
