Title: Excellent beginner drone and amazing customer service
Review: This drone is absolutely worth the price! One of the reasons I chose this one was because of the controller - it's very well designed, gives a lot of information on the screen, and is very solid, unlike other controllers that I've had. The phone app is very thoughtful in its design and easy to use. The camera quality is good - not as good as more expensive drones, but that's because they are more expensive! After the inevitable crashes, replacement parts are inexpensive and very easy to replace. Once you get used to the controls and how the drone reacts, it's very easy to fly and can handle wind quite well. I'm not sure what the actual distance is, but I can confirm that 850ft at 200ft the drone continues to respond.I have had a couple of issues and will say that Bwine customer service is excellent! Not only were they quick to respond (within 24 hours each reply), the rep seemed to care about my experience with their product and I was very satisfied with their solutions!

Title: Easy to Use and FAA Approved - UPDATED
Review: I had a superb experience with Bwine support that I wanted to add to this review.I have been using my drone successfully for 6 months, but I had something odd happen on a landing and the drone tilted over upon touch down with the props still turning. There was no apparent damage to the props, so I attempted to use it again later in the day. Evidently, there was more damage than I realized and the next take off resulted in an immediate more severe crash. I contacted Bwine and they were VERY supportive and helpful. They responded quickly, reviewed the flight logs, and got back to me very quickly. I was hoping to simply get some support to repair my drone, but they very kindly replaced it. I don't know if I would expect that from them for every crashed drone, but they went above and beyond for me in this situation. THANK YOU Bwine!Shipping: - I received the drone the same day as promised by Amazon. - The drone was well packed in multiple levels of boxesInitial Perceptions and Setup - The drone comes in a nice bag that will hold all of the components. - Charged up the batteries. Only down side to the whole package is that a charging block wasn't provided. I had to use charging blocks from my phones and be sure it was the correct amperage (3A). I did receive several USB cables. - Drone appears to be solid and well made. - Received 3 batteries and an extra set of props (and extra screws). - Loading and setting up the Bwine Drone app was simple.First Flight - This was the most pleasing part of the purchase. It is amazingly easy to fly and use. The App takes you through all the steps to help you remember the process to calibrate the drone compass. - I went out on a nice day with a bit of a breeze (noticeable, but not a strong wind). The drone held positions VERY well and the camera worked well. - Live camera view is very good using the App. - Landing is very easy. You can assist, or it will land itself. I did take out a 3'x3' piece of plywood as a launching platform. I did have to move it only about 3' when I used the self landing capability...which considering GPS accuracies is pretty amazing. - Took several pictures. Resolution is good, but not amazing. I am satisfied with the pictures considering the distance and the fact the drone is moving in the breeze.FAA Registration - Was very pleased that the drone was found on the FAA site and it did have Remote ID capability. Was a little worried after some of the early 2023 reviews, but it is US FAA approved.Overall, very satisfied with my purchase especially given the special Black Friday pricing I received. Looking forward to going out again and trying more of the App functions.

Title: Update
Review: The good; It appears to be well made and very comfortable remote. The camera doesn't have much zoom but takes good video. If it had worked it would have been a great price.The not so good; The controls are slow and sluggish. The vertical control on ours is terrible. You keep pushing up further until after 4 to 6 seconds it kicks the motors into high speed and the drone rockets skyward. I pushed full down did nothing, I hit return home nothing happened. I tried beginner, normal, and GPS modes same result. I finally got it to hover and for no reason it went full up I tried to stop it no control. I saw $400 going straight up never to be seen again jumped and grabbed it by the skid it flipped over as the motors was in full up and chopped my arm and thumb up. Stupid move on my part I didn't think that one through just reacted. I had to hold drone power button down to kill it. I'm reasonably sure we had to have gotten a defective one this probably isn't normal. After seeing what can happen I'm returning it and purchasing a more expensive one with a known history of being reliable.PS. I called Bwine customer service line for assistance twice nobody there left my information nobody called or emailed.Update:Mary from Bwine contacted me through Amazon after reading my review and convinced me to try another one. This one works great! First flight was a little over 15 minutes on fully charged battery that was used to set everything up and still had 26% left. The remote is great has a lot of features and very clear screen. The screen allows you to confidently operate the drone and has a lot of feedback on it. I tried all 3 modes did multiple take offs and landings, hovered, high speed flight, and took video. The video is good I like the zoom it pulls you in pretty close to subject. It was much more responsive than the first one. I didn't try any of the follow features so I can't speak to them but the way everything else works I'm confident they work as well. I updated to 5 stars as I didn't find anything I don't like about it and it's a great value with all the features. Mary also apologized for customer service not getting ahold of me. I have to say I have a lot more confidence in Bewine Customer Service after they went the extra mile to make my previous experience right.Bob

Title: Good drone
Review: This is the first drone I got that everything worked just like the description said. Was easy to set up and fly. The camera was better quality than I thought it would be. Can zoom and tilt but not pan. Will run for 30 minutes per battery and comes with 3, so a lot of flight time if you change out the batteries. Is easy to control and the distance it will fly was impressive. It doesn't come with obstacle avoidance and unfortunately hit a tree by accident and warranty won't apply if it was broken an accident so that was 500 bucks down the drain! Wish it would have came with propeller guards this could have avoided that problem. Price is a little high for the lack of options that come with it don't think it was worth the money.
