Title: Wash Hands after applying to body, helps me sleep
Review: As with any OTC product, check with your DR or pharmacist before using if you are : pregnant, breast feeding, taking medications or have special health situations. This could be dangerous with other drugs. Idk if this is strong enough for that to be a concern, but better safe than sorry.I've enjoyed using this before bed. Not sure if it's truly the benefit of the magnesium or if it's just nice to smell like lavender when I sleep. Easy enough to use, you don't really need the video it suggests before use. It's not very greasy and absorbs fast, will leave a slight flim on skin (like it's supposed to) so wash off hands after applying if you have pets or if it bugs you like it does me. My leg cramps have gone away, though I can't guarantee without further testing whether it's the magnesium or the other solutions I've also been trying.

Title: Recommend for Restless legs
Review: This cream texture is very good. It was recommended to me by my doctor for my restless leg pain as a relief reliever. It has a please lavender scent and it's easy to apply. It's not sticky or greasy, it's just like a regular but a bit thicker lotion. I do have to say that you should rinse your hands after application because I found it to cause dryness at my hands and also bottom of my feet. But this cream is awesome for my legs. It also promotes a more restful sleep. This is a win win.

Title: Is working for me!
Review: I work on my feet and often have sore spots on my legs. My boyfriend will put this stuff on me before bed and I sleep like a log and wake up with no soreness! Itâs not super thick or watery, dries quickly and doesnât leave any sticky feeling. It smells lovely! Was a good buy!

Review: it works great, but it's kind of a sensory nightmare. it's pretty sticky, and doesn't really ever absorb into the skin so my night pants have started building up a sticky residue. probably going to keep looking for something else, or maybe thin it out with a different lotion
