Title: Butcher's twine
Review: This is a large spool of butcher’s twine that will last a long time in most home kitchens. The construction of the twine I received consisted of two bundles of cotton thread, one bundle of 5 threads, one of 6. The two bundles were a twisted pair at approx 8 twists per inch (3 twists per centimeter). The twist gives it a little bit of flex, but without feeling springy. The texture seems to allow knots to have good purchase on the thread. Great twine and happy to use in my kitchen for tying roasts, roulades, and for general kitchen duty.

Title: Great price and many uses
Review: I've used kitchen twine for as long as I can remember (let's just say it's more than half a century). Yep, even as a child. When we got hiccups, my parents would light the twine, have it smolder then we'd sniff the smoke and the hiccups were gone. It has been a household staple ever since.This twine meets my expectations for kitchen twine. It is clean with no fraying. Strong enough to tie a roast or slice a cake. It is half the cost and twice the length of what I find in the store.I'd recommend this twine, even though it brings memories of having my baby teeth pulled out.
