Title: AWESOME COOKBOOK!
Review: I have a large cookbook collection, mostly on baking. This book looked really nice so I ordered it. It is brand-new and I got it for a great price. I received the book in less than a week which was really fast. Alot (but not all) of the recipes have very colorful photos of the finished product. Every recipe has nutrition information plus extra information such as tips or facts about the recipe. It also contains bar recipes which are my favorite to bake. I would recommend this cookbook to anyone, even younger bakers since the recipes are very clear and easy to read. This is a great addition to my collection and has alot of recipes I can't wait to try.

Title: Love the Pillsbury Cookbooks
Review: I'm a big fan of the Pillsbury Cookbooks. I love that the books have pictures for almost all their recipes! This is the second cookie book that I have purchased. I finally bought one for my mom who is always asking for my cookie recipes. I have it all marked up (like I do with most of my cookbooks) with variations, changes that I like to make, and family members' favorites. The best is the Honey-roasted Peanut cookies! They are so delicious. The glaze is yummy all by itself and we've often taken any extra glaze and put it on ice cream! I still think the best oatmeal raisin cookie recipe is found on the inside lid of the Quaker Oats container!

Review: I'm so glad I found this book! Every recipe I tried so far has been spectacular and so tasty that it disappeared in a minute!The recipes are laid out really well, with clear step by step instructions and lots of reference "tags" to give more information about ingredients or interesting substitutions or even "make it special" suggestions to dress up your creations.The recipes are really easy, but the results can make people think you spent the whole day in the kitchen. I tried both of the recipes pictured on the cover and they got rave reviews, without being much fuss.The book is divided into sections for rolled, dropped, bar cookies and so on, making it easy to find what you feel like making. There are very nice and yummy pictures of many recipes to give you an idea of the results.Maybe the only negative thing is that these recipes are all very rich and not good at all if you are counting calories or have health problems, but I guess you are not supposed to make cookies, if you are on a diet! They all have nutritional information, though, so at least you can choose the less "sinful" ones.I tried only a few recipes from this book but it has already become a favourite! Highly recommended.
