Title: So much more than stuffing
Review: So this year, I decided to grow perennial herbs, and one was sage. Hey, great. But what the neck to do with an herb that, honestly, I rarely used outside of November or the occasional "bad breath emergency." Enter this cookbook. Having made six recipes already and bookmarked fifteen others as my harvests increase, I can state with confidence that they work very well.Word of caution: if you are growing your own, you will need to invest in a large mortar and pestle because there are quite a few that call for ground sage, and it takes a lot of effort to grind fresh or air-dried sage.
