Title: Functionally sound.
Review: Does what it is designed to do without any discomfort to the user. Unfortunately, it was necessary for me to undergo a ‘radical’ or total removal of my ‘cancerous’ esophagus. Therefore, I cannot lay (or sleep) in a prone position without aspiration. this prevents me from slipping, while asleep, into a prone position.)

Review: I purchesed the unit to sit on my excersie table. I used tie down straps to hold the unit in place on the table. Very well built and the arm rest can easily be lifted up out of the way or pulled down to use. Great unit.
