Review: Straightforward cookbook with clear writing. 4 basic pasta doughs, including one eggless (vegan) & one gluten-free (not eggless / not vegan). Recipes are tagged as vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, &/or gluten-free, making it easy to pick things suitable for your eaters’ constraints. Some recipes could be adapted by subbing plant-based margarines or cheezes for the traditional dairy varieties. Am excited to make my carb-loving-food-allergy-kiddo his first taste of filled pasta.
