Title: Fantastic Camera System with Outstanding Customer Service!
Review: I recently purchased this camera system from Amazon, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience! The setup was incredibly straightforward, and the picture quality is excellent, both during the day and at night. The resolution is crystal clear, and the wide field of view captures everything I need to keep my home secure. The app integration is smooth, making it easy to monitor footage remotely, and the notifications are prompt and reliable.What really sets this product apart, aside from the performance, is the exceptional customer service. I had a few technical questions during setup, and the support team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They patiently guided me through the process, making sure everything worked perfectly. Title: Crystal Clear Video
Review: Camera are very clear both in the day and at night with the infrared. The NVR system is somewhat user friendly. You have to have just basic knowledge of a camera system. It’s easy to figure it out though just by trial and error. Each camera has its own settings and they are 2-way audio. It’s much better for to to not have to have a monitoring company like ADT when I can pay for my own system like this one and save money. For extra security I also added a ring dorbell camera to the front and back door.This system has a ton of local storage on it, but if you want unlimited cloud storage you’ll have to pay monthly for it. It’s $4 per month, but it’s per camera. So that’s probably the only con I can give. But still $32 bucks a month if I wanted unlimited storage for all camera is still better than what ADT would charge. Plus once again I can pick and chose what cameras have the cloud storage, buying cloud storage for each camera is optional.Overall 5 star camera system. Oh yeah, you can see the camera on their App on your phone as well. Definitely 5stars.

Title: Worth the money!
Review: Replaced a Lorex system that was always giving trouble.This has been trouble free for about a month now. Very clear image. We have no use for audio so can't speak to that.Install was obvious and straightforward. Setup also. Only glitch is we have remote monitors in same office that have HDMI converted to RG-6 cable and back to HDMI for the monitors. The default resolution was not compatible with these devices. This can be changed in the setup. Which brings us to the menu functions. They are barely intuitive. And the real problem, particularly with changing output resolution, you have to be really fast! The menu setting askes and disappears within 5 seconds.We have never mastered what it takes to playback selected times and dates. We have a dangerous intersection that is in view and the law is always asking. If you do it enough, I'm sure it would come around.The APP is easy to use, just a little clunky, but adequate.

Title: Very easy setup
Review: This system was very easy to set up and everything seems to be functioning as it should. I pre-tested the cameras before installing them. One was glitchy and had to be disconnected several times before it would work. So far it is behaving. Another camera has a strong blueish tint. They all seem to exhibit a slight bluish/magenta tint but this one is the worst. The NVR has a very noisy hard drive. I haven't heard this much clicking from an hd since the old mfm/rll days. So far it is working OK but I'm keeping an eye on it. The cameras seem to be pretty sharp but I don't know that I'd call them 4k quality. The field of view is narrower than my previous system which caused me to have to reposition a few of them. The EseeCloud Windows app works OK for my purposes as do the Android and iOS apps. Overall I am happy so far with this system for the price. The video quality is good, night vision is good and everything seems to be working as it should. I'll update if anything changes.

Title: Great quality surveillance system 8 ch 4T
Review: To Mr. Eric Lee or to whom it may concern,In regards to my purchase of a wired security camara system your company sold me via Amazon, I would like to say that at first I was hesitant to order a foreign made surveillance camera system with a name brand of which I did not recognize.  I also wondered whether it would work well enough as one I already have of a major brand name in my U.S. home. This model is no longer supported by them. So I had to obtain a different model.  I am very happy with my purchase of this model,  OOSSXX and surprised of the quality and of the different features that this wired 8 camera unit had. At first I had a whole bunch of questions prior to my purchasing of this unit.  My number one question was, whether it worked in Mexico, especially under a Mexico Wi-Fi system.  I was unsure if it would be compatible. This was for my Mexico getaway vacation home.  I wanted to view my home at any time of the day from anywhere. I contacted customer service and had to leave a message. I did not expect to get a call back as soon as I did.  The gentleman was very friendly and answered all of my questions. the main question of whether it would be compatible with Mexico's Wi-Fi signal. He was pretty sure that it would work in Mexico under its wifi system. I went ahead and bought the unit and was happy. It came with a 2 year warranty.  I was very  happy to test the unit in Mexico and find out it worked. I installed the 8 wired camaras that the system came with around the whole home. One unit, I installed on a lamppost facing the back of the home. The 4K reception is excellent. the night vision works very well.  It is a great feature. Each camara unit also has a 2 way microphone that also work well.It also has a built-in siren.  I only wish that the siren sound was more serious.  Instead of a chirping sound. Yes, I totally recommend this unit, OOSSXX.  My OOSSXX sytem is about a year old with no issues. I also had no trouble preparing and setting up. The system continues to work great. I am glad to view all angles of my Mexico home from the United States and possibly from anywhere in the world. Congratulations, Mr. Eric Lee on your business.
