Title: Best Food Ever
Review: I love this Cookbook!! It is one of the best and well written cookbooks I have seen in a long time. The recipes are easy to follow and I really like how Tiffany includes tips on what wines to cook and serve with the recipes. I also like how Tiffany gives you tips on making some of the dishes low fat. It is also nice to see some Gluten free ideas as well. It is interesting to read about the origin and history of some of her recipes, it adds a personal touch to the book.I would highly recommend this Cookbook !!! Would be a great gift for a new bride to be as well as the seasoned chef.

Title: Good Basics
Review: Good basic cooking. Negative; lack of nutrional data and when listing number of pages does not state "only a couple of photos".

Title: Yummy, Most of the Time
Review: I've made a lot of the food out this book, my favorite being Mary's No Peeking Chicken. Some duds, some averages, some good, all depends on your taste buds. Nice to have the sections based on red meat, pork, chicken, seafood, vegetable, etc. I do wish the seafood would had a bit more variety in it, seems like shrimp dominated that section. I liked it enough to send one to my girlfriend who started to dig casseroles and the recipes from the book.

Title: Casserole Heaven
Review: I have never given a review for a book before much less a cookbook. However, I purchased 300 Best Casserole Recipes cookbook as gifts for several friends and family members that work and don't have time to throw together meals for their families until the last minute each day. Then I thought I'd better try it just to make sure it did what it said and it does! No fancy ingredients, no long processes, no more "I wonder what I should make for dinner!" I'm definitely giving the ones I have already purchased as gifts but will keep it in mind for future wedding showers, birthdays, etc. because it is also a perfect gift!

Title: This Cookbook is a "Must Have" and a Great Gift
Review: I'm making my holiday shopping easy this year and getting this cookbook for everyone on my list. Casseroles are back! How fun to have such a great cookbook that celebrates everything casserole. I might try something akin to the author of "Julie & Julia" and try my own version with "Alison & Tiffany" and I'll try a new casserole recipe every day for the next 300 days. This cookbook INSPIRES!
