Title: Feel much better
Review: I’ve had terrible back aches / poor sleep and heard about grounding sheets so wanted to give it a try. Within the first month of use the back pain is barely noticeable and sleeps are much deeper. I decided to not use for 2 weeks and the pain started coming back and with just the first night of sleeping on it the pain goes away so yes it really works! Finding the right bed sheet at decent price was tricky because the reviews for the cloth sheets seemed to have a lot of negatives so I went with this leathery material and still works 100% after a few months. Works so well I decided to order one for my momma too and her aches are less painful she loves it

Title: Cooling AND grounding!
Review: I was worried the mat would make my hot flashes worse but it has had the opposite effect! I sleep naked directly on top of the mat (I placed it vertically on my bed) and it actually helps keep me cool at night. As far as the grounding effects - I can say that after about 10 days use I am sleeping great. I am sleeping longer and with less restlessness….my RA inflammation hasn’t gotten noticeably better yet - but my sleep is great!

Title: It really works! And very well!
Review: I have an Ergo Tempurpedic bed with the detailed tracker analysis software which analyzes every aspect of your sleep. This software was invented for medical sleep analysis studies in Sleep Apnea. I can tell you beyond any certainty that this grounding mat has substantially improved all areas of my sleep. I feel so much more rested throughout the day and sleep so much better at night! It comes with a tester that will light up on the side that you are supposed to sleep on. It does not need to be plugged in to light up. The tester just confirms that one side is indeed conductive material for grounding and will light up on any conductive material, such as metal - this is by design. If you’re on the fence, order one! It’s worth it!

Title: Great grounding mat!!
Review: I waited over a month to leave a review, the grounding mat is really working for me! I'm using the king size for my king bed. The cord was long enough for me to hide it under the bed, go behind my night table and plug it in. I cover it with my duvet so you can't even tell is there. The most important thing is that I can fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more energetic overall. I also had a weird, very persistent and itchy rash on my hand I was struggling with for a while and it disappeared after a month. Only thing I changed was that I started using the mat, so there's that. It was also a very good price, at the time I bought it, compared to others. I would buy a beige color if color options where available. Planning to buy more for my other beds.

Title: Surprisingly effective
Review: I have heard about the benefits of grounding for some time and was desperate to try something to help reduce stress and improve quality of sleep. After trying this grounding pad, which was very easy to slip over the mattress - my husband and I were able to sleep through the night without waking up! We did experience fatigue the first couple weeks of sleep but I’ve read that is due to the body detoxing. I was concerned the material of the pad might bother me but it is surprisingly soft on my legs/feet. I’m happy with the results we have seen from this product.

Title: Not just for humans, although I love mine too
Review: The smaller grounding mat I bought for Chui, my dog. He has arthritis in his legs. 6/2023 Chui was not able to use his back legs, now he is able to get around. There are times before the grounding mat(GM) Chui would try to lay down but he would have to move around so much to get comfortable. Chui would not stay long in one spot. Now he will stay on the GM way longer in one place. I used to experience pain in my hip and legs b4 using the GM bc I sit on my bed to work on my laptop. Talk about hurting! This GM has helped alleviate the pain, very happy with my purchases!Quality, durability, and worth every cent!
