Title: As advertised!
Review: I’m not big on writing reviews, but this mattress topper impressed me. My husband and I both prefer firm mattresses and ours had softened over time. We weren’t ready to invest in a new one, so I bought this to hopefully help us sleep better and more comfortably in the meantime. This definitely added firmness and more stability. I have also been struggling with hip and lower back pain for over a year. After a few nights, I am waking up consistently without pain. A great solution for now! My husband usually dislikes memory foam and he even agrees with me on that our bed is way more comfortable and he is sleep better too.

Title: Update
Review: The seller responded to my first review asking me to send a picture of the measurement, which I did. They responded by offering me a $40 credit for the incorrect measurement. That is great customer service and I've added a star as a result.Original Review: First off, it's not 3 inches it's barely 2 1/2. But of course don't expect the seller to give you any credit.I like a firm mattress but this is too firm even for me. It's hard, not firm. Big difference. But since you can't return it, I added another soft cushy mattress topper that I had that is more like a mattress pad and that helped a lot. It's comfortable now and fortunately my sheets still fit.Expensive so I'm hoping it lasts.

Title: In my opinion, this topper is truly firm and very comfortable.
Review: I found this topper was everything I hoped for. It expanded fully in about 12 hours. There was no unpleasant odor. It fit our queen sized bed well, and we were able put our fitted sheets over the topper and our mattress at the same time. The topper is nice and firm without feeling like a rock. I am very happy with this topper. Five stars from me.

Title: Molds to bed shape
Review: The product came in a rolled vacuumed sealed bag. You did need to allow it to sit out a good 2 days. Kind of hard for a King size bed. We slept else where as we had no room to put it on the floor. It was firm. After a week, it started to mold into the dip/sag of my bed which is why I bought this topper to try to extend the life of my mattress. It was only 6 yrs old. It didn't work for what we needed it to. Yes, you can return the item, but there is no way to put it back in it's original box. We had to create a box out of 3 XL moving boxes. The product is fine if you just need additional firmness. Do no buy if any sagging in the mattress.

Title: So far. Very good. Only been about a week.
Review: So far, I like it! Got my dad a 4-inch topper a few years ago. It added too much height to the bed and was too squishy. This is a better one and good at 3-inches. It is also offered at a 4-inch but the "firm side" is still only 1-inch on the 3-inch and the 4-inch model. I think the 1-to-2 ratio on the 3-inch makes more sense. I'm using the "firm side" up but you can also use the softer side up. I like the firmness and chose this topper because there is a firm side. But it's not too firm. Just enough to give some support. I slept well the very first night. Has straps to hold in place, however, still moves just a bit if you consistently enter/exit on one side of the bed. Other review correct that it's cut a tad large. But all in all, I like. Price is competitive, too.

Title: Firm & comfortable
Review: I’m so glad I made this purchase. My mom loves it. We put some hard plank wood on the current mattress and put this on top of it. The bed looks flat like normal but added a lot additional support on the lower back area. And it’s convenient to move around to the floor or other rooms.

Title: Not very happy with this topper. Update Customer service is excellent.
Review: If this wasn't such a big thing to try to send back, I'd return it. The picture they show of the 3 inch topper has 1 1/2 inches of firm foam and 1 1/2 inches of extra firm foam. After 48 hours of setting out, 16 of them on top a warm electric blanket I measured the thickness. You can see that the total height is about 2 3/4 inches. The problem is the firm layer is less than 3/4 of an inch and does not appear to be very dense where the extra firm is over to 2 inches and is very very firm. The top layer is so thin and soft it like it doesn't exist. I have a bad back so I need firm mattress. I've also had both hips replaced so I need a little give for my hips and shoulders. I had an old 1.5 inch topper that I pulled out of storage and put it on top. This makes it useable for me until I find another sollution.Update: Bedstory contacted me about the problem with my topper. They said they were going to update the description of it on Amazon and refunded the cost of the topper for me. I have bought other toppers from them in the past without any issues. I raised the review to 4 stars for great customer service.
