Title: Why is this over $100????!!!
Review: This vacuum has low suction power gets stuck under furniture wedged. The dang thing is thinner in front and gets thicker towards the back end, guess what's going to happen when it cleans close to a couch or chair. So, thanks to this p.o.s. I have a new daily routine before I go to work. Isuperglue a stick to the front of it so it won't wedge itself under something.. yet, 3 out of 5 days when I come home, it still finds a way to get stuck somewhere. I will never trust this brand again at any price range. By the way, I loved my roborock, they stopped my my model. But I'm sure the other models run good as well. Guess I'll be trashing this p.o.s. and spending more money for a replacement that shouldn't happen at the price point.

Review: This vacuum is a game-changer for my cleaning routine. It efficiently removes dust, pet hair/feathers, and debris with its powerful suction and roller brush. I have a pet bird with a lot of dandruff and feathers, and with the introduction of this vacuum, no more headaches about cleaning every day. The mop feature is also amazing for cleaning up spills/stains. It is easy to control remotely with the app, so I just set it up 20 minutes before I'm home. Always clean home! With a 100-minute runtime and automatic charging, it's perfect to clean all of my apartment. This vacuum is very user-friendly, and I highly recommend it!

Title: The mop feature is pointless.
Review: The mop feature of this vacuum is pointless. It also doesn’t seem like the mapping feature works very well at all - there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to where it goes. It’ll vacuum the same spot ten times and the other half of the room is still dirty. I also can only do a room at a time per charge because of how in effective the mapping feature is.

Title: Don't waste your money.
Review: Overall, this product is disappointing. It easily gets stuck on different surfaces, requiring manual intervention when transitioning from carpet to hardwood. It tends to act as if it's falling down stairs, necessitating manual resets. Despite setting the suction to its maximum, the cleaning power remains weak. addition, its intelligence leaves much to be desired. I highly recommend looking for an alternative.

Title: You get what you pay for
Review: Vacuum gets stuck around the house very easily. Even when I try to make barriers it will attempt to climb them, and then turn itself off when it gets stuck. You definitely get what you pay for, and for 100$ it will help with vacuuming decently. I wouldn't even use the mop function as my unit mopped my rug until it ran out of water. At the very least I feel it will still be a long time before robots take over, and that may be worth the 100$ in itself.

Title: You get what you pay for
Review: It was a great price and a huge discount. I’ve owned a robot vacuum before but the name brand version. This one will not even try to work for me. It will give 2 different errors. One that says “cliff fault” meaning it thinks it’s on uneven area or stairs… it’s not. I cleaned the charging points, the sensors etc with a dry cloth, but I either get this error or not fully charged error despite the app indicating it’s 100% charged. The customer support on this item within the manufacturer is crap. It just says to ask the seller. Amazon did ask if I want a refund or a replacement. I chose to replace and give it one more try. I’ll update my review if it goes better next time. Amazon customer service is fantastic… the product support from manufacturer is crap.
