Title: Perfect Supportive and Softness with Height
Review: This is excellent for support and mouldable comfort, in a 6.6” loft. I enjoy this pillow for its presence, @just over 10 lbs, it does not slide accross the top of the mattress when you want to ‘sink in’ for even more support. The surprising aspect of this pillow is that I use it for firm support of my neck and shoulders, but it is actually quite soft and comfy when you sink in it. I did not find it hot or uncomfortable, but it is NOT a cooling design, so you may want to use a cooling protector on it, if this is an issue for you. If you like a ‘full-sized’ pillow for cervical support and loft, this maybe right for you, too. It is Amazon’s Choice for good reason.

Title: Nice.
Review: The cooling pillow does work. But I found you have to remove all the factory original pillow case covers until you get down to the blue gel cooling packs. Then cover your pillow with your own favorite pillow case. The cooling effect seems doubled.It's super firm for side sleeping and its heavy. I think it's way overpriced, but it's better made, and has a higher cooling effect than the other foam cooling pillows out there I've tried.

Title: No Regrets!
Review: This pillow was a bit of an investment! I was skeptical that it would be worth the price. But, I have found this pillow to be very cool, comfortable and provides the right amount of support. With that said, it will be up to you to try and see for yourself. I used to flip my pillow over to find a cool spot. I have not flipped this one even once. This pillow dissipates heat quite easily and has been the best memory foam pillow that I have used. All of the others have held heat and have been uncomfortable. This pillow was designed with cleaning in mind. One can unzip the pillow cover, wash it and easily zip it up for another night of sleep! This one is a keeper!

Title: Heavy and Hot
Review: I gave this pillow a solid 2 weeks opportunity to impress me. Bottom Line: It didn't. It was extremely overpriced and not worth the time or money. For a "cool pillow", it got hot within minutes of laying down and as for the memory foam, it was nice, until you need to flip the pillow (obviously looking for the cool side), but since it retained it's shape and add in the angle of laying and flipping through your shoulder, it had the equivalent weight of a small car and was now uncomfortable to lay on. 0/10, would never recommend spending this much money on any pillow or this particular one for any price.

Title: This pillow is amazing!
Review: I’m a super hot sleeper. I’m a tummy and side sleeper and I can’t have my pillows too firm or too soft or I’ll get a horrible headache. This pillow is amazing! At first I was like “hmm it’s kind of hard..” and I was worried it would be too firm for my liking but your head sinks down into it perfectly for just the right amount of support! It’s cooling, but not too cool! The smell has gone away (let it air out for 24-48 hrs) but taking it out of the plastic did have a funny smell. Overall this pillow is an amazing purchase!

Title: A bit too "extra" for me.
Review: I wanted to love this pillow. I was coming from an almost ten year old Tempur Symphony pillow, which was just getting a bit worn out. I'm 6'0, 200lbs. side-sleeper. I would usually switch sides during the night, but I hurt my left shoulder a few months ago, and I have not been able to lay on my left side. This puts more strain on my right side, and I needed a better pillow to help me get through the nights.The Tempur Cloud Cooling Pro Hi seemed like a good fit. First of all...as far as the cooling aspect...that is legit...at least to start the night. It's almost too cold. I found myself wishing it would warm up a touch. It's sort of distracting how cool it is to start. Now by morning, that's gone. I suppose you could flip the pillow in the middle of the night, but this thing is heavy! Not easy to do with one good arm.I think Tempur considers this a medium in terms of firmness. I would put it closer to "firm" than "medium". Now I like a pillow that is on the firm side...but this is just a bit too much. It's another one of those things where it was OK to lay on to begin the night...but by morning, I was waking up with a stiff neck and a bit of a headache. It's almost like when you lay on it, you sink in just a bit, which I like, but then you can't really turn your head at all because the foam around you is too stiff.The cover is amazing, but I'm not sure that makes or breaks any pillow...especially because I would never use a pillow without a pillow case. So that beautiful cover just gets covered up anyway.So for me...this pillow was just a bit too "extra". Just a bit too tall. The cooling was a bit too cold (to start). The pillow was a bit too firm. I really wanted to love it...but it just didn't work for me.I did move to the Tempur Cloud Breeze Cooling Pillow, and I think that one is the Goldilocks pillow for me. Just right. It is cooling to start (gone by morning unless you flip), but not as icy as the Pro Hi. It's heavy, but not as heavy as the Pro Hi. It's firm, but not as firm as the Pro Hi. It's tall, but not as tall as the Pro Hi. The Tempur Cloud Breeze Cooling and Tempur Cloud Cooling Pro Hi are very similar pillows...but the Pro is just a bit "extra". Pro Hi is a little taller...a little firmer...a little cooler...better cover....but all that "extra" is not always a good thing, at least for me. I did like that the Pro Hi has a little bit different shape than the Breeze...it's flatter on the long ends, where the Breeze is just tapered...but I could still scoot either pillow down to my shoulder, so it wasn't a big deal.

Review: This pillow is not a patch as good as my last Tempur pillow which cost £65 less. This one is smaller than a normal size, goes too flat when you lay your head on it and it doesn’t stay cool as stated. Very disappointed would not recommend it, it has now been relegated to the spare room.

Review: I bought a high profile for king size.It’s comfortable for all night long. It’s heavy but that doesn’t make a flaw specially is you don’t turn the pillow very hour.Concerning the “colling,” it’s true it helps a bit but keep honest, the only thing the pillow do is to spread the head, we cannot ask it to remain “cool” all night since there isn’t any external source to take it.I recommend it.

Review: [I received the replacement product - same problem]Be careful!! Received very dirty and dusty pillow!! Not even new - possibly straight from warehouse dust box.My pillow was delivered in a dirty and dusty plastic bag (not even in a box). When I opened it, the pillow itself was full of black dirt and dust. The included brochure was folded like a second hand, and full of dust. The wrapping plastic bag itself was sooo black and full of dust.
