Title: 87$ restocking fee
Review: Laptop arrived promptly; however, it ran painfully slow. I figured it was due to spending only 200$ on a laptop. Either way I decided to return it (no big deal), and upon receiving my refund (I waited roughly 2 weeks for) I only got 105$ back to my card. There was an 87$ restocking fee. Seems kind of scandalous, and completely defeats the purpose of returning the item. Shoddy laptop that you are in a sense forced to keep, unless you want half of your refund going into the trash receptacle.

Review: Portable easy to carry light , it was used like new but in great condition I needed something budget friendly as a college student for my nursing school so this works just fine to fulfill my needs , complete assignments & exams , the size is compact , screen & laptop quality 10/10 no quality if you can get the used go for it they took care of it seems brand new

Title: Weird set of stuff, poor graphics, low quality
Review: This computer is a pain to set up. We hate it. The box had a strange assortment of stuff in it. Unable to download Chrome so far, not an intuitive experience and the SD card sticks out of the side awkwardly. Seems really poorly designed and there's no way to update from the ugly system fonts.

Review: Hasta el momento he estado completamente satisfecho con la compra, llegó días antes de lo esperado y en caja completamente cerrada, lo que supone que el equipo es completamente nuevo. Por si es de utilidad, el modelo correcto es: LENOVO IP Flex 3 Chrome 11M836. El equipo corre bastante fluido, la pila es de larga duración y su carga es bastante rápida. El Touchscreen responde bastante bien.
