Title: Clears counter space
Review: Securely and safely holds knives, scrapper and cutting board while keeping them handy and still freeing counter space. Magnets are strong. Nice weight-won’t tip even while holding large cutting board (unless you really push it hard 😄). Beautiful warm brown color with nice finish. Great quality. Well worth the money. I like the acrylic shield because it keeps knives free from splatter and keeps little fingers safe.

Title: Holds 8 to 10 knives securely
Review: This knife block is attractive and well built. It is heavy, sturdy, and stable. It is an attractive display for knives and provides easy access to them. The knives are held in place by magnets and acrylic sheets. One cannot knock the knives off accidentally. Knives can be stored on both sides of the wooden block, doubling the capacity. I have five knives on one side, and four on the back with the cleaver taking up most of the space. The acrylic sheet cannot come off for cleaning, hence the four-star rating.

Title: Pretty cool!
Review: This thing works great! It holds the knives very well. However, I'd prefer not to have the protective, plastic cover. You have to be very careful when placing knives inside of it so you don't miss and gouge the wood. Would be easier w/ out the cover. Otherwise, it's great!

Review: It holds more knives than I thought. It also saves lots of room. It’s worth the money. Recommend it as long as your knives are not extremely thick. Regular kitchen knives work well.

Title: VERY nice looking knife block, sits well in the kitchen and is surprisingly easy to use.
Review: I took a chance with this one, thinking it would be a pain to actually pull the knives in and out, but that has been the easiest part. The hardest would be cleaning, as it is hard to get inside that block, but really who in the world is putting their knives back dirty?Block itself is well constructed, feels like it will take a fall or two, like you would be swinging your knife block in circles making googoo eyes at each other. The see-through plastic is very see through and it really shows off the knives in a classy way.

Review: I've been on the search for a nice knife block to replace my magnetic wall-mounted one and this nailed it. Aesthetically pleasing, has plenty of space, and is just extremely functional. My knives don't touch so there's no damage to them, it's double-sided, and it even has some grooves for storing additional things. The quality is solid. The wood looks and feels nice, the acrylic is clear, and it comes assembled, so you just take it out of the box and put it to work.There's really not much to say about this knife block other than, if you're looking for a new one, get this one (assuming it matches your kitchen's aesthetic, of course).

Review: I bought this knife holder for my husband for Christmas. He loved it and I was very pleased with the quality and appearance. It is not too big to sit on the kitchen counter and it can hold 6 to 8 knives of all different sizes. Would buy again.

Review: Disappointing quality control. While I accept that the product arriving broken may not be a manufacturing defect (the additional vertical section of wood at the front of the block was cracked horizontally across the length of the wood), the build quality of the product itself is poor.Firstly, the clear plastic protector screwed into the knife block is not cut correctly, and ends up being lopsided and bulges outward from the wooden block. Secondly, taking a look at the bottom of the block shows three screw holes (not sanded or filed), with splinters all around it and exposed screws visible. Looking at other reviews, it seems like this product has repeatedly arrived with defects - which means that the quality control / and build quality of the manufacturer itself is poor.
