Title: Bad
Review: The scratch off later is too hard to remove. I had to use metal, and it was hard to find the right pressure required to remove the scratch off later but not so much to remove the ink below. The end product is ugly, with scratch indentations everywhere.

Title: Did the Job, but Tiny and Scratch Off is Meh
Review: Used this for a project. It served my need but is pricey for it's tiny size. It seems like something you should be able to buy in the Dollar Tree or Dollar General. The silver coating was difficult to scratch off and some of the state color got removed as well. It's almost impossible to scratch off the small East Coast states without marking others you don't intend on scratching. The sad part is that you do not realize the poor quality and can't return it until after it has been used. Although it worked for my desired use, I wish I bought something of higher quality-- or at least cheaper if this was the quality I was getting.

Title: Very hard to scratch off, and smaller than I thought.
Review: This is only cardboard and it is very small, I guess I thought it would be bigger. BUT, it is very hard to scratch off to the point of almost removing the paint below. Be careful if you buy this.

Title: Cool family travel activity
Review: My son is really into geography so I thought this would be something fun for him to do. We have traveled to several states but this summer he will get to scratch of a few more states. It's easy to scratch off using a coin it's just not super clean when done. I do like that the states are different colors. Also it's a lot smaller than I thought it would be. It's something fun to do while we go on a road trip.
