Title: Easy to Remove Burger
Review: So many of these presses make it impossible to remove the burger without mangling it. This one has a removable plate. The burger comes out perfect every time. Cheap too. Excellent Value. Highly recommend.

Title: Directions!
Review: If you're buying this burger qpress because it's the cheapest, then we're on the same page! The product comes with no written instructions, just pictures and a video that's of no help. HINT: look at the plastic piece with the handle on it. If you look carefully under a bright light, you'll see the words "lock" and "unlock" with arrows showing which way to turn the thing. Lock it to what? Unlock it from what? No clue. 2nd HINT: Look at all the pieces and you'll find the piece that looks like a hockey puck which apparently, on the inside, has what look like something another piece might lock on to! That's right! Problem solved. Now put that round and thin plastic piece inside the base (also sort of a hockey puck) so you can easily pop the formed patty out from the bottom. Now load in the amount of ground beef you want and compress it with that piece with the handle. Now you're able to make and pop out from¼ up to ½ pound patties with no issues. Full disclosure: I received no money or gifts for donating half of my day figuring all this out. Gifts from you, however, will be greatly appreciated. Personally, I'd like a motorcycle 🏍️
