Title: Yes, amazing
Review: This was purchased following radiation treatment for gynecological cancer, so probably different specific needs than many others who purchase this. Yet it is amazing. I wish I knew about this when I needed pelvic rehab following my child's birth a decade ago.I am using this for biofeedback for pelvic PT for re-gaining muscle control (contraction, relaxation, strength, endurance, muscle isolation or contraction quality, conscious control, etc.), per recommendation from my oncological post-treatment women's health rehab center...It really is as good as the reviews suggest. 10 stars. Really.The device has an App that is *actually* quality! It tracks progress, measures and targets multiple dimensions of contraction and muscle relaxation (quality, use of accessory muscles-- or accidental cheating, specific contraction strength, contraction duration, endurance, speed, etc).... It calibrates, has a calendar, offers graphs, education, comparisons with previous trainings (last time, maximums, minimums, and medians), gives reminders, goals, shows improvements, educates.... AND the games really are FUN!I am a nurse myself and used to work as a birth doula. So yes, I have reached out to all my midwife and OB friends to recommend this.Pros:- High quality product.- High quality App (for actual healthcare needs and long term pelvic health)- Safety features- Individual calibration- All the things I mentioned above- FUN (!!)Cons:- Not an issue for me yet, but the battery is not rechargeable/removable. It's supposed to last years. Stay tuned.I don't know the difference between this and the slightly cheaper Perifit. (Investigate what works for you.)

Title: Great invention!
Review: I am pleased to have found this device to help with pelvic floor dysfunction. Because of my lack of time, it is challenging for me to go to PT, but at least I know Iâm doing something for my health. I like the fact that it shows you your progress and how well you are doing the exercises. The games keep me motivated, and I want to keep training! Great invention!

Title: Didnât know I needed this!
Review: I didnât know I needed this but after some reading, I decided to try itâ¦wow! Iâm a post-menopausal 57yo. It is definitely helping with mild to moderate incontinence and improving my sex life! Using the exercises to isolate the specific muscle have really helped as I wasnât exactly sure I was doing it right. The app is excellent at feedback with doing the right muscle and how well you are using it.

Title: Working toward my goal
Review: I wasnât sure about this because I have never used a pelvic floor device before. This device is easy to use and there is no discomfort. It keeps you occupied with games on your phone that react to your muscle contractions. I have felt like I have had some improvement in my weak pelvis floor. Very easy to clean also.
