The methylcobalamin formula, which I take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, seems to be high-quality. The dosage is substantial at 5000mcg, but I don't worry about it since B12 is water-soluble. Although it might seem a bit pricey, given the dosage and the 60-day supply, it does appear reasonable. It’s a great addition to my daily routine.Highly recommended!

Title: Helps mid day or morning
Review: I have started taking this to help with my energy levels and mental clarity. It does seem to help but I don’t feel that it’s particularly a”hit” or a “rush” of energy. I take this at mid day to help with my afternoon fatigue. I sometimes will also take thus in the morning to help me with waking up, or trying to get my mind to focus and not be so foggy.This has helped, but it doesn’t provide miracles for me. As someone who has fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, I am always fighting with fatigue and brain fog. It does seem to help sustain me a little better.

Review: Nutricashop vitamin B12 comes with 60 tablets in the bottle. No terrible smell or aftertaste. No issues with upsetting stomach. All positive in fact I love the shape of this B-12 makes easier to swallow versus other B-12 vitamins I have tried. I prefer this B-12 now over others I have had in past. Will be ordering again excellent B-12.

Title: Nice Coated Easy-Swallow Tablet
Review: I try to supplement with B12 to support nerve health as I age. This B12 is in a tablet form, which is easier to take. It is well-coated so it is easy to swallow and has none of the horrible taste or smell other B12 tablets have. Also, the tablet form has less risk of spillage than capsules. This is by far the best and easiest to take of the B12 supplements I have tried this year. My mid-September 2024 order was fresh, arriving with a 02/2026 expiration.

Title: Great source for b12
Review: Based on my experience, this is the real deal and works as i expect it to. It's a nice tablet, so if you want to split it you can, and its' coated, so no weird flavors, no after taste, and no stomach issues. EXACTLY what I'd want it to be!
