Title: Great customer service
Review: It worked great first few weeks, then it started powering off in the middle of cooking & wouldn't come back on. This was happening several times while cooking my food which took longer to cook.I called Nuwave Customer support & within a week , I had a replacement & it is working great without any issues at all. Their customer service is outstanding & they're still one of the few companies that stand by their products and satisfy their customers. I will continue to buy Nuwave.This model is easy to use, cooks quickly, food is so crispy and clean-up is easy.

Title: Easy, clean and quick.
Review: I have the 7.25 quart Nuwave Brio and I'm a carnivore. Using this air fryer is so much easier than using a stove-top grill, conventional oven or skillet. With experimentation, I found that I don't have to use the 'Sear' function to get a delicious seared outside on my steaks. The probe (go by the instructions in the booklet) allows the fryer to cook to perfection. And yes, a probe is supposed to come with the fryer. Make sure to search the box before throwing it out. To answer some of the questions that I read prior to purchasing: 1) the 7.25 qt cooks a whole chicken and there's a probe temperature guide for a whole chicken in the booklet. 2) It can start to cook at a later time for the hour that you program it. 3) Silicone bottom covering is better than parchment because you can preheat with silicone but not with parchment, as the parchment during preheat can fly up to the heating elements and catch fire. Even though people say it's safe to use parchment in an air fryer, there's a fire hazard with that that I would rather not have to worry about. 4) someone said that popcorn can be popped in an air fryer. I wouldn't do it, because the kernels can shoot through the heating elements and also scratch the non-stick coating of the pan. 5) make sure the drawer (pan) is closed completely so that it is perfectly flush with the fryer unit. It takes a firm push. Otherwise it won't start to cook. 6) to stop the beeping sound when using the console, after turning on the 'power' button, press 'sear' and 'stage' buttons simultaneously. That has to be done each time the fryer is turned on.

Title: Nice air fryer
Review: Only reason this did not get five stars as the first air fryer that arrived did not work. The air fryer got hot but then turned off within 30 seconds. I called Nuwave customer service and within minutes they had a new fryer on its way to me. New unit works great, heats up food quickly and it very quiet. Great customer service at Nuwave!

Title: This is my second one of these and its a significant upgrade
Review: These have a limited shelf life if you use them as heavily as we do -- like 2-3 times a day. I bought a newer version of my old Nuwave and this one has a menu feature that works pretty well. There are about 180 settings and a chart to tell you which one to use for say "frozen burrito" and a bunch of more complex things. That seems a bit much BUT its actually very effective and less guess work (mostly) on how to set the machine. All in all., I'd highly recommend this and I am an avid user.

Review: I love this airfyer! A friend of ours had one. So I ordered this and been using it almost every day! Makes hot dogs great, also made a awesome roast with seasoning, pork tenderloin ,crispy fries, and a nice steak. I found it very simple to figure out. Clean up is a breeze.Luv it!!
