Title: UPDATED! ⭐ I didn't know how much I needed this!
Review: Break out the "SHAME" bell because I've been sleeping on the same memory from mattress for 17 years. Those years have flown! They've been busy. It was memory foam, So it wasn't losing its shape in a traditional way. Guests commented on its comfort, So if it ain't broke. 🤷🏻I've been having back problems, and I'm in my mid 40s, so it's time to take that more seriously. It was time for a new mattress and I thought surely it couldn't hurt.... BUT IT'S HELPED SO MUCH! I SPRANG out of bed this morning. I did not feel like my body was constructed out of a bag of bricks and tangled rubber bands. IYKYKSlept like a baby. It's only been 2 nights, but already I understand how good this mattress is and how much I needed it. I was concerned that it was slightly too firm... But because of the nature of the material, it's providing support while still being incredibly comfortable. VIVA SUPPORT FOR MA OLD BONZZ! 🥳 Many many Thanks Sersper! I'll update in a month 👍🏻UPDATE: Still sleeping very comfortably. I had a friend pet sit for a weekend who's now buying this mattress after luxuriating on it for 2 days. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Title: Super firm mattress
Review: Easy set up on a platform frame. Received the mattress this morning and it appears to be fully expanded within a very short time. It is a very nice looking mattress and has little to no smell. I did have windows open in the bedroom to dispel any residual smell, but honestly there was none. Waiting full 48 hours before testing it out. It is for a guest room. At this point it is super firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. I think it could use a soft topper.48 hour UPDATE: Still super firm, did not become softer. Bought a Serta 3” topper. While it adds some cush, you can still feel the firm support of the mattress. I have slept on it 3 nights (2 with topper). It is better with the topper, but still too firm for me. This is not the first bed in a box we have purchased. We have a Lull mattress which is fantastic. This is for a guest room so didn’t want to spend as much.UPDATE: Customer service seems to be on top of things. I am very impressed. They reached out to me to work with me to resolve to my satisfaction. Emma was my customer service rep who kept me informed through resolution. I would say this is a company that stands behind their product and wants their customers to be satisfied. If you are looking for a very firm mattress don’t hesitate to try this one! I am updating my stars to reflect the positive experience and am taking one star off for the high level of firmness that should be listed in the description.Thanks to the company and Emma for the follow up and resolution.

Title: Super Comfy & Supportive
Review: Q size, 10in. I gave it a full 24 hours for the mattress to expand, but that's probably excessive. The mattress has some squish while remaining supportive. Great value for money. I've been sleeping better than ever. Unroll the mattress, leave it alone to inflate, and enjoy feeling your muscles actually relax.

Title: Firm is not Plush
Review: To be fair, upfront, let me say that buying a mattress is a giant gamble. You can't take it into the dressing room and try it on to see if it fits. You can't look in a mirror to see if it feels right on you. Lying down on it in the showroom will not accurately predict how comfortable it will be for eight hours of sleep. And buying one online and having it shipped to you compressed in a box is one giant gamble.We needed to replace a 12-inch pillow-top mattress because it was just too heavy for my wife to change sheets. We sleep on a foam mattress at my daughter's house that is the greatest, like sleeping on a cloud. So we chose to go with this eight-inch foam mattress to make changing sheets easier (it weighs only 45 pounds) and to achieve great sleep. We selected this one because in the title it is described as "Medium Plush" like my daughter's mattress. What we failed to notice was further down in the description it says that it is "medium firm." Well, it is very firm--like sleeping on the floor. It is not plush; it is very firm. We quickly ordered a three-inch foam mattress pad to put on top of it (because, how do you put that big thing back in the box to return it?), and now we are sleeping very comfortably.So, we gambled. We lost the first hand, but we managed to recoup our loss by playing a second hand.UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me after reading my review above with apologies and an offer to pay for the mattress pad that I bought. They also promised to take the words "medium plush" out of the title. I can't say enough good things about their service. They want their customers to be satisfied and when that doesn't happen they will bend over backwards to make it happen. So, let me be clear. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this mattress, other than the fact that my wife and I are not comfortable with its firmness. I never dreamed that a foam mattress could be this firm. If you like it firm, you will not be disappointed with this one. Rather than returning it, we fixed it so that it is now very comfortable for us. And customer service made us very happy with our decision. This is a most honorable company.

Review: We have purchased 1 twin, 1 full, 1 queen and 1 king. Everyone who sleeps on this matress loves it.Our king matress on the other hand...I enjoy it, we have rotated few times in the year we have had it. But wherever my husband sleeps makes a crazy indentation and hurts his back from upper to lower, causing hip pain. He has had to leave the bed in the middle of the night to sleep elsewhere. He is only home 2 weeks out of the month as he works out of state. And it never corrects, the impression in the bed never where he sleeps stays indentated. He only weighs 180 to 185 lbs. I weight 172 to 175 and it doesn't indentate for me, just him.So now we will be on the hunt for another mattress that will support him correctly.
