Title: Great service!
Review: This was exactly what I needed! I came to the States to visit family for a month, and ordered this SIM card ahead of time. On my way here, I activated it, so once I landed, I had service right away. The activation process was fairly simple (reading the help documents ahead of time really helped), and the phone plan has worked perfectly. Service and connection has been great. I’m very happy I went with Red Pocket!

Review: I bought the SIM card with the $20/month plan, but it activated with $10/month plan. Contacted customer service and they just couldn't/wouldn't fix it. According to them, "Your SIM card is associated with the $10/month plan".After giving them copies of the Amazon order and the photographs of the SIM card package (which clearly says $20/month plan), they agreed to escalate it. I will post updates. So far, really bad experience.Update after 1 day -I contacted the seller and they resolved the issue.Updated to 4 stars. Taking a star off for the unexpected hassle and helpless customer service

Title: Can't get number to port.
Review: We had high hopes for this since we could select AT&T as our provider. First, their website is very buggy. After 1 hour of receiving multiple emails confirming our account only to be told "no email on file" we finally got everything set up. Then we were told they were unable to port our number from Tracfone. Now, I've had service through Mint and US Mobile with no porting problems so I know this shouldn't be a big deal. Since everything is so shaky I'm afraid Tracfone will port the number and Redpocket will screw it up on their end so it's going in the trash. Total waste.
