Yes, we can port your phone number. To do so, we will need the phone number you want to port, account number, transfer PIN number, and billing address on your existing carrier's account. Once you have this information, activate online or by phone.

Do I have to get a new SIM card after my plan expires?

No, you can renew your plan online or by phone call with the same SIM card rather than getting a new one.

Can I set up auto renewal?

Yes, you can enable or disable auto renewal at anytime for no additional charges. Auto renewal will allow the plan that you are currently on to renew before the existing one expires so there is no lapse in service.

How do I know if I will have sufficient coverage with Jethro Mobile?

Jethro Mobile has nationwide coverage in the United States (excluding Alaska). To check the coverage at your location, simple go to Jethro Mobile and select "Coverage." Then enter an address (for more accuracy) or a zip code to see the coverage.

Review: I bought two of the Sim cards to use when I went south of the border. You can choose whatever plan you wanna go with. To set it up. It was very simple and I just emailed them and they helped me out and had it all ready to go? It worked perfectly well I was away and I will definitely do it again and now I have the same for future trip so all I need to do is order The plan online and the same will be the same phone number as I had .

Review: I have not heard about this service and after researching, I found out that they are with T-Mobile which works well with my limited essential trip to the states. I use to use other companies and just bought them off the counter from grocery stores, but the customer service was really bad and can't get hold of anyone when I call. When I call Jethro, I was able to speak with a live agent from BC immediately. It's great to know that they are a Canadian company. Apparently I can keep the US number for up to 88 days after the plan expires, It's convenient for people who don't travel to the states very often. A free SIM is included with the plan as well, which is a small saving compare to other ones I purchased from other companies. The plan costs as little as $5 for Text & Talk only, orup to $20 for the unlimited plan. It has been a pleasant experience using their SIM card and services, I would recommend to people who needs a prepaid service for their trips to the states.
