Review: I've tried more expensive smart watches, but the battery life always sucked. This very reasonably priced does all the thinks I was looking for (activity tracker, BP, phone, messages, music, sleep). Title: Completely different than what they describe.
Review: I bought this as Christmas presents for my entire family opened one I got for myself to set it up, it is cheap for a reason. It is no good. It doesn’t even have the apps that it says it does. It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. If you turn it off, you have to go through the whole process over again of getting it reconnected and then it loses your data. Review: This watch does everything I need it to do: tracks sleep, exercise, time/date, heart rate, and allows me to read texts. I can also make and receive phone calls. I cannot send texts though the phone, but I'm ok with that. The app is also easy to use. I have told several people about this and they have also bought one!

Review: I wanted to try an affordable smart watch as a potential present for a 11-year old nephew or his 13-year old brother. So, I got the Gydom Smart Watch and wore it at the same time as my Apple Watch Series 7 in order to compare the accuracy of the Gym watch (Apple have spent billions getting their sensors and algorithms to read accurately, with thousands of testers).Firstly, I was blown away with the amount and quality you get for such a phenomenally low price. The free app that pairs with it is good; the watch has a cheap strap and feels a bit cheap compared to the Apple Watch, but it's perfectly fine, and has a very good screen with sharp enough text, great colour and excellent brightness. The clicky crown on the side is a bit stiff, but OK if you use your thumb. The graphics are good, and you can tell that they have used the Apple Watch for a LOT of inspiration in how it functions. The software is mostly pretty quick, with the exception of some of the graphs that can display a spinning wheel for a little while before updating.To check the exercise functions, I tested Indoor Cycling and Outdoor Walking. I found it to be pretty accurate when measuring the Indoor - the Average Heart Rate was pretty accurate, and the overall calories consumed were within 10% of the Apple Watch measurements. For the Outdoor Walking it seemed less accurate, mainly I think because it was incorrectly measuring my stride. As a result, the distance measurements were out by about 20%.I also tested the Sleep function. This was quite inaccurate, under-counting awake time and very much over-counting Deep Sleep cycles. Finally, I measured Blood Oxygen, and that was a bit off, but not much.So, in all honesty, I'm not sure I could trust it to measure anything other than Indoor Cycling. But the watch is incredible value for money. It can measure heart rate, answer phone calls (its speakerphone is pretty decent), set alarms, display message and app notifications, control phone music, display the weather, track steps etc etc.I can't vouch for the reliability over time, but I can't help but think this would be considered a fabulous present by a lot of kids, and the extremely low price makes this a very affordable option.

Review: I've had a mixed experience with this smartwatch, but overall, it has some solid strengths. Setting it up was a breeze, and it connected to my phone via Bluetooth without any issues. I love how I can track my health with features like blood oxygen levels, heart rate, and sleep monitoring. The large HD touchscreen is easy to navigate, and there's loads of ways of customizing the watch face. Notifications from calls and messages come through promptly, although I can't reply directly from the watch.Taking calls on the phone via Bluetooth calling is fun and works quite well, even though I occasionally run into some connectivity issues, and you are effectively always on speaker. I'm not sure about it being waterproof, I haven't tried it in the shower etc, but occasional splashes haven't affected it yet.The battery life is decent, lasting around 4 days, although it's shorter than the claimed 5-7 days.On the downside, I have to give open access to my personal data for the app to work properly, which isn't ideal. The rubber strap isn't great but they never are with cheap watches. The accuracy of the pulse and step measurements isn't particularly accurate, certainly not fitbit accuracy but then its considerably cheaper. I've also had some issues with the Veryfit app, which affects the overall performance, particularly in sleep tracking and notification settings.One annoying thing I've noticed with the app is unless you register and log into their portal (which I'm not going to do for privacy reasons) it keeps prompting you to log in register several times a day, so it can record your achievements, 10k steps or other health data for example. I can't find anywhere to permanently tell it to work offline. Despite these drawbacks, I think the watch offers good value for money, providing features you'd typically find in more expensive models. It's a decent option if you're looking for an affordable alternative to big-brand smartwatches, though it doesn't quite match up to my old Xiaomi Mi 5 Band, or my wife's fitbit in terms of app performance.
