Review: I have Sjogren's Disease and Fibromyalgia so chronic inflammation is something I deal with everyday. I am maxed out on my medication dosage so that made me start to look at my diet. This book is so useful because it gives information on the foods and how it affects inflammation in the body. I really like the 3 week meal plan it offers because it can be overwhelming trying to figure out what I can and can't eat. Excited to see if the new plan helps reduce my overall pain.
