Title: It works Great. Easy to set Up.
Review: Ok so I really don’t do many reviews, this one deserves it. I downloaded the app and followed the easy instructions, writhing 5 minutes I was up and running no need to do anything else. Set the country I needed and worked flawlessly, lost no speed maybe even gained speed.Overall I expected it to be a nightmare or headache to set up and maybe not work properly however it is one of the most pleasant outcomes and experiences that Ives had dealing with things I know very little about.

Title: VPN works and great customer service
Review: I bought this for the VPN function. I live in China and need VPN to use western streaming services. I did not understand how to set up the VPN and needed customer service. The customer service representative provided excellent support. Also the router has blazing fast speeds much faster than the other routers in our house.

Title: Limited customization, must use app to access router.no choice of using different vpn clients.
Review: I like the speed of the servers using the included vpn . It was very easy to set up . The thing I don’t like is you cannot access the router without the app . You cannot customize settings such as changing the vpn client like you can with other quality routers . This limits you to use only their vpn forcing you to pay whatever they want when it comes time to renew the subscription. The only workaround it to flash the firmware and lose the current vpn and possibly voiding the warranty or worse , rendering the router useless.

Review: YouTubeTV says it doesn't stream from the country the VPN is set up for (which is the USA) Dallas or any other US site. So however Encrouter's servers are set up they aren't recognized as US ip addresses. Kinda makes this product almost useless for me. Buy one from a company that knows how to properly set up their network. Also annoying that they don't have a US number for support. You have to call Sweden.Also a very clumsy setup app and configuration manager.

Review: I purchased two of them and trying to setup homelink between the two both of my routers are connected to different providers ..sent invites but none of the router is accepting the invites..I am in Canada and there is no local customer service available ..it is somewhere in sweden ..sent email ..still waiting for the response..called the phone it is going to some unknown language..I know initial setup was easy but the whole objective is not met.
