Title: This item is a very good deal.
Review: I figured a weight bench would give me more control to target specific deficiencies than just free weights. So, I picked this one cause it looked like a good deal, and it is. Exactly as advertised.Not really concerned about weight capacity, so I can't verify that. But it was easy to assemble, sturdy enough for my needs, and looks sharp. Comes with all the necessary tools, a decent user installation guide, and even a few example exercises to get started. Adjusts to 6 positions. The leg caps also adjust to level the bench. Easily folds for storage too.I would buy more from this manufacturer.

Title: Better than expected
Review: These benches are made by many Chinese manufacturers, all variations on a common design concept. Pay close attention to the reviews. For example, one other brand has a serious deign flaw with the back foot bolted on in such a way that it can separate while you're doing a bench press with a barbell in the air! This one is not like that, but there are reviews of it showing sloppy manufacturing processes. I bought this expecting to have to repair a thing or two, like bending something to get it to not wobble, or replacing a broken pin. (Note that some have complained that it's 'loose' and/or rattly after assembly, but that's probably just from not tightening the fasteners properly. Any light rattles heard in videos are likely the pull rings on the pins that swing freely when shaken.Mine turned out fine. At first I thought I'd have to drill or file one of the holes for the main pin to get it to align properly with the other holes, but as it happens ALL the holes are a bit over-sized, and after putting some weight on it the holes lined up like they should. My original pins were fine, but if one fails you can find replacements at home improvement stores. (The main pin can be replaced by a 3/8" bolt, or if you want a quick release, a clevis pin like trailers use.)The only flaw in mine was a head cushion that is not quite in line with the back pad. It's close enough. The plastic covering on the padding is in good shape, but doesn't give me the impression that it's long-term durable. Though I could be surprised on that. I'll put some plastic preservative on it just in case. Overall, I'm more than satisfied with this - it's solid, seems designed and built well enough to be safe and useful, and based on the overall ratings yours probably will be too.

Review: I have use this bench for several weeks now and can say that it is well worth the money. It is very versatile and durable. Packs up small and stores out of the way and it’s easy to set up when you need it. Very happy with the purchase.

Review: Es muy buen banco fácil de armar, ligero y que puedes doblar para guardar si no tienes espacio, respecto al soporte de peso yo le puse encima 130 kilos que fue barra más 6 discos y también me subí junto con mi hemano encima dando un total de 270 kilos y lo soporto super bien, obviamente en el entrenamiento no voy a levantar esos pesos pero quería someterla para tenerle confianza. (En las fotos que subí no le monte el cabezal pero si lo incluye).

Review: El material parece resistente, veremos con el tiempo como se va adaptando pero por el momento funciona muy bien, los materiales del forro del respaldo y la silla se ven buenos, todo llego en buenas condiciones, el banco es muy estable y no se mueve cuando estas haciendo ejercicio, después de un tiempo y con el usó actualizaré mi opinión pero por el momento es muy útil y funcionable el banco para pesas, recomendado!!!Yo peso aproximadamente 80 kg y cargo unos 30 kg y resiste bien el banco, no he notado que se mueva o tambalee al momento del trabajo
