Title: awesome
Review: i already bought more cameras. system so far is great.there's a lot to know not in the manual.always shut down power from the monitor,the NVR is a computer with a harddrive.the NVR runs warm,no cooling fan, get a small usb powered fan and blow air thru the vents.get a UPS and connect the entire system to it.The phone app is easy to use. once you get it up and working. if i can get it to work anyone can.

Title: Affordable and good quality and support
Review: I purchased this system to see if I can monitor our local fairgrounds. I have setup the system locally in our office before moving all cameras outside, but so far everything works perfectly. Out of the box I have been able to connect cameras using a 300 foot POE cable, and using POE extenders I can even go up to 900 feet, well exceeding my expectations.My plan is to start with six cameras throughout the fairgrounds, and then expand over time with more cameras.I had a problem with one of the cameras which was caused by my own issue, and support via email was extremely fast and efficient.Setup was very easy - out of the box every thing worked right away and there are many options to customize the system to our needs. I am very happy with the purchase and will continue to look further into this company's solutions.

Title: Very affordable and excellent quality
Review: Recently purchased this 6 camera system (expandable to 8) and am very impressed. After researching various systems, with a focus on value and quality, this system stood out. The package showed up in two days and right out of the box, I was up and running with beautiful quality video , PTZ control and 2-way audio. Comes with internet access via the free mobile app, Guard Station, which allows you view and control your cameras anywhere! I had to contact customer service to install the pc version of Guard Station on my home computer and was very impressed with the super quick response. There are many features I haven't tried yet, but, with what I've set up so far, I can easily give this system a 5-star rating. I couldn't be happier with this product and will definitely purchase two additional cameras.

Title: Simple system
Review: Writing this review as I'm setting it up, the video seams good, the 2way is off. I can hear just fine but when I go to talk to someone thru the camera I sounds like Darth Vader to them. I'm not sure if there is some setting but I did play the the audio in from my phone but it's not quite there. I have one camera that doesn't want to stay connected. I need to get it replaced.

Title: Decent but had some minor issues
Review: The quality of the videos are pretty good. You can access the recorded videos remotely. The setup was not too hard - The instructions were not great but understandable enough so that if you "click" around a bit you can figure out the commands. I had a problem with the system at first - one of the cameras kept going offline every few days. Then after a few weeks, all the cameras went offline. They were actually still recording, but could not be accessed from the phone app. It took a few messages back and forth with the manufacturer, but it seems to be working now - hasn't gone offline in 2 weeks.

Review: Good security camera system. Lots of features for local and remote monitoring, surveillance, and video backup. Excellent customer support.The PoE NVR also supports adding additional WiFi ONVIF cameras along with the included wired cameras. Includes everything needed for setup.Does not require a cloud service. Has Android, Apple, and PC apps for remote access and control.The auto tracking PTZ cameras are a great deterrent. Hope they are durable. So far so good.

Title: Good product, good value, and helpful customer service!
Review: We are very satisfied with the product. This was a add on to upgrade from the previous model. We did purchase the smart switch to have the option to run 16 cameras. The app is easy to use. We are able connect to a TV for constant view. I have emailed customer service for issues and they usually get a answer back by the next day.

Review: I ordered this security camera system late Friday afternoon and the Package was delivered the next day evening. I was surprised how quickly it arrived!First thing I noticed was the quality of these cameras. They are very well made.The instruction manual is detailed and easy to follow. The system is basically plug and play.The camera image quality is really great. Comparable to more expensive systems. Both in day light and at night. These cameras have colored night vision! Other brands only offer black and white. It makes a huge difference being able to capture night footages in color. That’s something I really like about this system.This system comes with a pre-installed 3TB hard drive. Which mean no expensive monthly cloud subscription fees! That’s one of the main reasons I picked this system. This DVR is able to expand the storage space by adding more hard drive if I ever need to.You can hook this system up to a monitor via supplied HDMI cable or via VGA cable without the need for internet connection. I also like the fact that you can install an app to your phone or other devices to control or view the cameras after you plug the system to a modem using internet.The app is really great and user friendly. It has many features one would need to customize the surveillance area or control (pan, tilt or zoom) the camera. This way you can have fewer cameras and able to cover larger area.Overall I am really glad I bought this camera system. It has really good quality, function and best of all a really good price!I will buy extra cameras to expand my system and buy another system for my mother's house.
