Title: Setup Easy, Sound is perfect
Review: Purchased a new LED TV after 12 years -unfortunately the existing soundbar I added as not compatible with the new TV so I needed a new one. My criteria was simple: not terribly expensive, Optical connection required AND same brand (compatible components working together is a big requirement me). Search through a bunch of I found the B550 fits all my categories. the install and connecting it to the TV was easier than expected - the optical connection was immediately recognized. I also using Bluetooth for headphones when others are sleeping. Overall the sound quality was worth the price - it integrates with my TV remote (yeah a new Samsung QLED - that is a given it should work)... great experience.

Title: Amazing sound, IF you use the digital optical cord
Review: I purchased the HW-C450 soundbar with subwoofer. When I first set it up, I cranked up the subwoofer to see how good the bass is. I've never had one before, so I have nothing to compare it with, but I was really impressed. I used some subwoofer test audio tracks from Spotify and I could feel the bass deep in my soul. Really cool.But the next day, when I tried watching a normal show (connecting my Apple TV to the soundbar via Bluetooth), I didn't like it. First of all, after initially connecting the bluetooth, it wouldn't automatically connect whenever I turned on the Apple TV (I had to do it through the settings every time). But worse, whenever someone spoke, I heard a weird, low, gargly, scratchy echo of their voice. I knew that I hadn't blown out the speakers, and they were brand new, so I investigated. It was coming from the subwoofer. If I turned the subwoofer way down, the problem went away, BUT then the sound was too tinny because there were no low tones. I was very disappointed and was about to return it, but then I tried connecting the included digital optical cable to the TV and disconnecting the Apple TV bluetooth connection, and it instantly fixed the problem. I turned the subwoofer back up and got the bass back, but without the garbage echo.Long story short, in my experience the bluetooth doesn't work well for bass, but if you use the included cable instead of bluetooth, you get great audio. I plan to only use this soundbar with the cable from now on, which meets my needs, so 5 stars. Hope this helps someone!

Title: For the $$$ Top Notch
Review: I don’t usually write reviews but I have not bought to this date a better product for the money. It’s affordable but provides a robust and exciting sound for my apartment. I am accustomed to systems in the tens of thousands, as I do voice over, but this for how much it costs worked super well for me. The ease of use is great, the remote being easy to understand. It’s super adjustable, despite the low cost and the subwoofer is good too. Easily the best purchase I’ve made in years.

Title: Awesome Sound Bar for the Price
Review: The Samsung HW-B550/ZA 2.1ch Soundbar works great for the price! While you don’t get as many features as the more expensive models, the sound quality is still awesome. The Dolby Audio and DTS Virtualreally enhance the listening experience, making movies and music sound more immersive. The subwoofer adds a nice bass punch, which is impressive for a soundbar at this price point.What I love most is how seamlessly it works with my Samsung TV and other Samsung products. Everything connects easily and functions smoothly, which is a big plus since I own a lot of Samsung gear. If you're looking for solid sound performance without breaking the bank, this soundbar is a great option. Sure, it lacks some advanced features, but for the cost, it’s hard to beat.

Title: Decent sound quality
Review: I was apprehensive about going for a “used” deal, shipped by an unfamiliar shipper. It arrived 5 days early and certainly appeared to be new. Easy to install and set up, although I did have to do an online search to mount it on the wall and make the Bluetooth connection. Instructions were very minimal. Glad that worked, because I could not connect the usb cord to my TV (also a Samsung); it wasn’t a typical usb cord. As I oriented to the remote control, I was very happy to have a “voice enhance” option. Now I can hear the dialogue!Sound projects well in my large living room (300-400 sq ft).

Title: Outstanding product.
Review: I have been using a LG 1,000 watt 5.1 shroud sound for 15+ years. The amp went bad so I decided to upgrade because technically has moved along way in 15 years. So I decided to get this until I found a new system.I couldn't believe how good this sounds. My old LG would shake the entire house. This sub will not do that but it is shocking just how clear and hard this little sub works.Also it hard to believe but somehow you can hear sounds from behind you. I don't know how Samsung did this without rear speakers.Oh and my Samsung TV remote also controls the bar and sub.I would highly recommend this sound bar to everyone.

Title: Nice upgrade
Review: I got this version on sale and I knew I had to buy it. I needed an upgrade from my previous Samsung soundbar and I’m very happy. The bass is perfect and the sound. It’s very easy to connect with a the optical cable to your tv.

Title: Thin sound but high definition
Review: Satisfactory product. Really high definition audio. My only complaint is that it's only 2 speakers on the entire sound bar (I looked with a flashlight through the webbing). This leads to what seems that it's not moving lots of air. The subwoofer compliments it enough to make it less of an issue. I'm glad the bar came with optical connectivity. Nowhere in the specs does it mention that. Also, it comes with mounting brackets but not the wall anchors.
